And thanks for going all the way with the sample pack, and actually including four full-serving-size bottles of the stuff, instead of being like those other cheese-dick companies that send a sample pack of one or half a serving.
Haven’t been spending too much time in the forums on the Nation except to read the articles, but I wanted to post and say thanks for the unexpectedly-cool customer service. After reading some of the reviews about this stuff, I’m pretty interested to see what it does.

What always sticks out in my mind as far as Biotest being straight with their customers, was a few years back when there was a big piece on the main page about how costs of Whey protein had risen, and it was going to be reflected in every supplement company’s prices across the board. Obviously the option to cut quality and maintain profit margins was there, but instead they laid the situation out honestly, and adjusted their prices as was needed.
To me, the quality has always been worth the costs, so sticking with stuff I feel good about, vs saving a buck has served me very well in all my years training, and especially competing.

I’m waiting for the decaf version, but I’d definitely purchase a 4 pack of the caffeinated version to test drive if they offered it. 16 is just too much of a commitment for me.
