I know you probably get a lot of these kinds of posts but I felt it is long overdue from me:
Since I started reading the articles and using the supplements from this great website, my physique and health have exceeded all goals that I have set for myself.
What really astounds me is how T-Nation is never satisfied with what it is currently presenting and continually improves. This is a concept that I have incorporated for myself.
What you do here is truly phenomenal and I can’t thank you enough. Best Regards…1BADMF
I definitely have to echo 1BADMF’s statement. T-Nation is an amazing resource, and it has helped me immensely in even the short time since I discovered it.
I second everybody else’s positive comments also. I love the fact that this is a place where weightlifters, powerlifters, bodybuilders, strongmen, all can come learn something new. A place where you can ask a question and get multiple honest answers. I would like to know the educational background and maybe oppucations of the average T-man. Maybe a poll needs to be done. I just think the scope of knowledge by the posters and readership of this site is amazing.
Also the pics of breasts and asses are pretty cool too!!

This is nice to read!
There are some on this site that still don’t get it. The best muscle building information on the net, for free!
Thank you, thank you and thank you! I’ve been following TC since the good ole’ MM2K days, which is what led me to the T-Nation site, and never once have I been disappointed by the man’s integrity. He even took time, years back, to personally write me a letter when I was going through hernia surgery explaining that he had had the same surgery and that my lifting career was not ruined. After the surgery I actually came back stronger than ever. TC and Tim, you’ve got a loyal fan for life, “until they pry this here barbell from my cold dead hands.” BUMP!
I posted these thoughts on the “Over 35” forum, but this seems like a great place to say them where the staff might see it.
When I turned 40 my life consisted of going to work, coming home, eating diner and falling asleep on the couch. I was tired all the time and did not even have the energy to play with my son. And to top it off I was put on blood pressure medicine.
Today, thanks exclusively to the information and support from this web site, I workout 6 days a week, eat nutritious food every 3 hours (religiously!!! If I am in a meeting I pull out a bar - waiting for the Grow! bars), am holding at 8%BF and am off the blood pressure meds! My doc loves me, my son loves me and my wife loves me!
I read this site every day, often twice a day. I could likely spend 3 hours a day here and not hit everything. I literally owe my life to this site and there is no way I can ever thank the hosts and writers enough. Chad, Christian, Ian, Dave, Coach Davies, Tim and TC - you guys are all my heroes and I will always be thankful for what you have done for me!
I’m going to go ahead and echo everyone else here on this thread.
Thank You Very Much T-Nation!
You guys are indeed a cut above the rest. Since I’ve been reading articles at this site (for just over a year now), I’ve learned so many things that absolutely astound me. The nutrition, lifting, and recovery knowledge that I have is something I feel is unparalleled anywhere else around the web. I am incredibly grateful that it is all free, and in fact have just recently began buying supplements from the site.
I would like to take this time to also thank Chris Shugart especially. I feel as though I can follow Shugart’s programs and reccomendations to a T. Being a FFB boy myself, I find that the information he provides is nearly tailored to my needs! For reasons like that I’m starting the V-Diet tomorrow with a friend, and hope to have some incredible results.
This is just me, saying my thanks. The other thanks will come in credit card form, when I buy the rest of my supplements.
Keep up the good work guys, you are professionalism at its best!
For a while, I read T-Mag, commited all the knowledge to heart, researched everything that came out . . .
I didn’t apply one lick of that knowledge to my training, though.
Stupid Kid.
However, after I came back from a 15 month, 8 day injury, I began to dig through all the old diets, routines, rants, everything I had saved over the years.
I lifted heavy. I ate right. I got better. Much better.
Without T-Nation, or whateverthehell we call it anymore, it’s forseeable that I would still be “tryin’” to get back in shape, instead of being in shape, at the second highest bodyweight of my life (currently 193lbs - down from 210 - which was up from 145lbs before my injury) with the best cardiovascular endurance, absolute strength, explosive power, and balanced musculature I’ve ever had.
Though I knew, I did apply. Though I was willing, I did not do. Thanks to T-Nation, I can now do it all.
Thanks for reminding me-I often take for granted that I can turn on my computer, click a few times and land on the best health and nutrition info, and have access to the best strength coaches on the planet.
Sometimes when I am down, The Atomic Dog cracks me up like nothing else can.Chris Shuggart is allways an inspirarion. The training articles bust me on my worst habits then provide a solution to create the best habits.
You just can’t beat that.
Thanks Guys. You’re the Best.
I’ve been called everything from a “Shill” to a “Biotest Bitch” to a “Post Whore” (by people with THREE times as many post as me…go figure…!). It’s even been suggested that I was actually Shugart or TC!
But I promised the guys a while ago that a)because of all the Free (AND valuble) information they provide and b) how that information caused a profound change in my thoughts about nutrition, workouts, strength, energy work, supplements…even Soy, the Muscle Mags and the Supplement industry as a whole…that I would continue to support them via their products and via strong support of their Forums…
They haven’t let me down yet!
And I think that if the “haters” were truly honest with themselves and others (which, sadly, they often are not…)…they would recognize how much these guys have contributed even to their knowledge…
Do you guys use Biotest supps because of the website, or do you come to the website because of the supps?
Or are there those out there who only come to the website to mooch free info, and never properly ‘say’ thanks where it really counts for TC, Tim, et al?
I found Biotest in an old Muscle Media advertisement (not MM2K, the estrogenic MM2Gay). Anyways, I think I bought something, maybe it was Grow! bars, I can’t remember. And then I checked out the site and have been hooked ever since then.
If it weren’t for Biotest and T-Mag I’d still be reading Flex and Muscle Media and taking EAS supplements and probably eating Detour or U-Turn bars between my meals.
And I typically ‘thank’ Biotest whenever I’m not too busy ‘thanking’ Progressive for graciously insuring my fuckin car. And if those fucks at Progressive are reading this, just cause I’m a male under 25 doesn’t mean I’m gonna get into an accident, bitches!!
