Good evening sir,

I’ve been following you on here for quite some time and recently revisited all of your IBodybuilder videos and was curious if you still follow or prescribe that method of training?

I’ve always trained like a bro and I’m really trying to learn how to train for performance and be more athletic rather than just chasing the pump and fatigue. Those methods seemed like a decent bridge between the two

I think, even if it doesn’t become the method you’ll stick with forever, you’ll get quite a lot out of a run with I, BB.
