“LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST LIFE IS TO SHORT, AND HELP OTHERS ALONG THE WAY”

This is not a sing off but a thank you creating a site like his Shrugs Its the best…

Um…ok…

Wasn’t aware we had battles and wars, unless you’re comparing them to what we now see as “battles” and “wars” on our current nightly news.

DocT: not really battles and wars just disagrements…

Way to keep a positive outlook, fitone.

With that, faith, and taking care of yourself physically, which you already do, you can conquer anything.

I’ve read you take some crap from others on this site in the past and seen you stick to your guns. Good for you!- I’m glad to hear things are coming along for you. Reminds me of Lance Armstrong’s story. Hopefully the outcome for you will be similar to the success Lance has experienced. There’s a quote in his autobiography I love. When asked what pleasure he could possibly get from being on his bike for 6-8 hours a day he responded, “Pleasure?-I don’t understand what you mean? It has nothing to do with pleasure, I do it for the pain!” In one of his ads there’s another quote. Regarding his success, when asked what he’s taking or what he’s “on” he responded, “I’m ON my bike for 8hours a day!” Beautiful quotes showing the power of hard work and determination. I always use these as motivation and am passing them to you to ponder when times get tough. Never stop working towards your goals! Good Luck.

You rock Fitone, Keep it up bro, Prayin for ya.
