Great work Jimmy! Damn…60 mile commute, that’s a lot of driving.
In Texas everythings a drive DZ.Heck its a 30 mile round trip to the walmart.
Eco-might get to see me and maybe we can train?Thinking about going up there for the NASCAR race in Louden with my two oldest sons from Boston.Of course I will stay at Moms and eat till I can’t get off the sofa!!!

We trained with 63galaxie at the redneck gym out in the hot Texas sun!!!He has a slab for his hot rod garage and we set a full gym of equipment up on it.Bench-Power Rack-DB Racks-Lat Pulldown-Dip Bar.Lots of stuff to train with.
The NASA American record for the curl in M2 198 is 171.5.I can give that a run.I have a partial tear in my left tricep tendon.20 % percent or so.Never had surgery. So with that and my shoulder being jacked up on the left side too it makes for some tuff bench training.I had a class 3 bicep tendon tear on my right arm in 1986 but I have made a full recovery with surgery and rehab.
To answer your question E I’m just curling by feel.I have strong biceps and can handle some good weight.Gonna play it by feel the rest of the way.In between jobs now so its time to hit the iron hard and tear some stuff up!!!TRAIN HARD! Jimmy T
Out door gym, heavy weights, hot sun, NASCAR, sounds like Venice Beach, Texas Style. And some say there’s no heaven. Hittin it hard Jimmy. Never worked my biceps that hard. Sounds like an interesting competiton and looks like you’ve got a shot at it. Go for it.
Ditto what hel said!
Still waiting on those pics! After all youve described the Red Neck jim, now we need some visual ques.
Great that you have such a good group of people to train with. I bet it helps to keep you motivated.
I remember the track in Loudon before it was NASCAR. I’d go and watch my friends dad race.
Yes it is great to have a bunch of good training partners.63galaxie is pushing for me to posy some pics of us and the gym.Stay tuned.
E-If I travel up there I will get in touch.I will see how the schedule pans out and what the boys want.Maybe we can make a group go of it?
Worked out in the old yard today putting up loose ends. Then I went to the redneck gym and hit the curls hard!!!

Great work Jimmy! Have a safe trip yourself buddy.
Have a great time visiting your son.
Went to Joes Gym in San Antonio yesterday with my two sons.Barry would love this place.Old style gym lots of weights and serious lifters.Just a 5 buck fee to train. We trained Chest,Back and Biceps.Sean is a wrestler and so I geared his training towards strength and conditioning. Mikey tried to keep the bar loaded but I backed him off a bit.
Afterwards we went for a swim and ate pizza and watched college football with some protien shakes.I am a blessed guy.We are going back today to hit Legs,Shoulders and Tris. Will post some pics when I get home.A great day to the crew.
Sounds like a great weekend. Looking forward to the photos. Great training Jimmy
