Strong as always. You’ve got me thinking about trying some sumo style deadlifting. Need something to hit the legs more. Been waiting til I take some leave. From the way the lift is done looks like when I start I’ll probably have some pretty sore inner legs, gluts. Not fun walking up 352 porchs with that.

Solid work Jimmy! With work like this you and the crew will fill the trophy room again. Maybe I need to visit the ‘outlaws’ in south Louisiana about the time of y’alls next meet!

Thanks hel.Your inner thigh and glute take a hit and get real sore.Walking up 300+ porches is hardcore after a deadlift workout. Thanks willy,if you make it down to south louisiana we would like to train with you. Been working out in the oilfield long hours this week.We were able to train thursday.

Hey, Jimmy! That wheel aint gonna to run true without all it’s spokes.

Jimmy, you having any problems with all the storms rolling though your area?

We have had a few strong thunderstorms and high winds but no tornados.Fort Worth has had heat as high as 107 the last few days.Working in it has been crazy and in the oilfield the location temps are 135 to 140.How are things in your neck of the woods?

After that squat and deadlifts training yesterday we hit bench today and we were all flat. But we hit it hard and stayed with it.Being consistant is the set up for performance.

Bench-1x15x135-1x12x225-1x3x275-1x8x225
Incline-1x8x155-1x5x185-1x3x205
Dips-2x15xBW
DB Pullovers-2x10x105
Cable Crossovers-2x12x120
Close Grip-2x15x135

A great day to all. Jimmy T

You guys are having some good workouts, Jimmy. I actually read a T-Nation article today. “Demolish Your Bench Plateau” by Tim Henriques. He says to do cable crossovers, too. I’ve always considered them purely a bodybuilding move. Do you find they help your bench? Keep hitting hard.

Even on a HOT flat day y’all are strong on the bench! When is the meet?

After the spring floods, our summer has been completely unremarkable, below average temps, normal precip, no real severe storms. Nothing like what Texas has been through the last couple weeks.

Glad you guys are safe…
