Now that you guys are on a bodybuilding routine you might want to get with Colin for some suggestions on speedos:) Never hurts to buff up a little and gives a nice break from te heavy stuff sometimes. Glad to hear you’re added to your crew. Great weekend to your whole family.

Getting into some serious weight with the curls, jimmy. Was flexibility a factor when changing over to the sumo style? Your lookin strong as always.

Thanks hel.The flexibility was fine.I use to sumo style last year but had some hamestring issues and changed to conventional.I think the years training conventional has helped my sumo strength.Gonna take it up a notch and see what it feels like. Also, since I’m a wide stance squatter, the sumo style suits me better.

Congrats on your contest, Jimmy T!

It’s good to see other Texas Powerlifters on T-Nation. Where do you live? I live in Carrollton, Texas and train at Bad Attitude Gym. Was that a NASA meet you competed in? I have competed in NASA myself.

Take care,

Phillip
