My sumo style deads are feeling better each week. The squat is a lift I do not struggle with like my bench. There is more in the tank with my squat but this will finish this cycle. Zoinks! That’s awesome. You’re a family of squatters!
No wait, that didn’t come out right.
I mean you guys squat good. I might have to head down your way to see what secret ingredients you guys put in the BBQ sauce.
Just so you know, I make arguably the best BBQ sauce in these parts. So maybe thats why they squat so good. Wait, what about me? Oh well it was just a thought.
Soldog-thanks bro.We are on a squat mission.
skid-I think the 570 was in the tank that day.Gonna try it next cycle 4 sure!!!

kmc-the bbq sauce is the best. But my real secret is the pasta!
The team and I appreciate all your support and feedback.

Would love to catch up with you for a chest workout someday. Those look like my numbers but I can tell you are taking it easy. Got DOM’s just reading it. Nice job.
I can see training with you son and others is agreeing with you! Things with the DL will iron out as you get more & more reps under your belt, then the heavy weights will fall one after the other! Keep it up! My best to you and yours!
Bagger-thanks bro. We are in Ft.Worth.
QT-hope all works out for you brother.Nice to see you posting again.I can only hope to be as good a deadlifter as you my brother.
kmc-good to hear from you home boy, thanks bro.

It will be a good sore, as in a reward for dedication above and beyond! As always, good solid work. Stay strong and lift heavy JimmyT. Have a great week.
On the last set I started counting out @ 11 or so. I knew once I did there was no way he was going to stop before 15. After it was over I thought he was gonna pass out. It was awesome.

See? That’s why the “Over-35, Old Fart” forum is the best. Here, we’re “strong”, “thick”, “big”, “huge”.
