You guys should see Mikey. I think he hit 245 today.

injury free, yup, that’s the key. Can’t perform if you get deformed.

We had the honor of working out with a fella weve mentioned here before, Gray Hunley. Hes a 74yo 181. He got out of the Hospital 2days ago w/kidney stones. Walked in the gym and:

Not to mention all the other stuff he did.

Everyone set PRs today.

Deads.
Im not sure how many sets and reps, but he wound up somewhere around 280. He just missed 300.

Not bad for a 74yo, that just got out of the Hospital!

Oh yeah, He was in a pair of HushPuppy Brogans on the squat and sox for the deads.

BTW these #s are raw.

The American record for unequipped 198 is 826 total. I think he stands a good chance at it.
