Take Tribulus its a natural T booster
Chrysin is a natural AI, so your natural T won’t convert to Estrogen as drastically.
Epilobium stops both the DHT conversion, and the E conversion too.
any adverse affects taking Tribulus?
Not that I know of, it is completely natural and you shouldn’t have any sides with it
Do a T-Nation search for “andro wars” and you will find non steroid T boosters that have been scientifically verified. Well, that’s what it says…
On a T forum, this might be considered blasphemy, but if I could get into the 800s-900s that would be great!
esp. considering I’m ~28 and am in the 300s

I’ve heard that sunlight via pituitary gland floods your body with pro-growth hormones - probably effects test indirectly too.
why naturally
Read the article for Alpha Male in the T-Nation store.

Dedicated,
Thanks for the tip…I think your avatar is boosting my testosterone naturally… absolutely gorgeous
Airtruth,
because I don’t want to be dependent on products…I want to be as natural as possible. I don’t like the maintenance of supplementation and I want to stay away from it as much as possible. If I could get normal-high naturally then I’d be a happy camper.
katz,
what do you mean sunlight via pituitary? Are you just suggesting getting more sun?
Do you guys think ZMA + Alpha Male is a good idea?
This is a basis of the Anabolic Diet. Give that a read and perhaps give the AD a shot.

Sunlight activates your pituitary gland via your retinas; sunlight on your skin, as I’m sure you know, makes your body produce vitamin D, which is a hormone, and a critical one at that. There’s a book called “The Healing Sun,” which is a pretty good resource on this. Most people get far too little sunlight, imo.
This does not mean you should stare into the sun or bake your skin. It just means that we should get about an hour of sunlight a day on the skin, and on the eyes indirectly.
At least for me, doing so works wonders in terms of recovery time, energy, sense of well being, libido. The difference, at least for me, is dramatic. If test isn’t being affected directly, then perhaps indirectly as a result of these other factors.
Cheers,
~katz
Edit: also, I’m not saying that sunlight alone is enough to make a radical change in your hormone profile or body composition.
As noted above, good diet and training, along with supplements will also play their part. As well as relaxing and having a decent a social life. In other words, I don’t think there’s a single “silver bullet” - but a lifestyle that, taken all together, can have pretty profound effect on your hormones and body composition.
look up Tongkat Ali

Then you should be on HRT. Find a liberal doctor (look for an antiaging doc). No OTC supplement will boost you that much. People who say they have the possibility to signifactly improve test scores are;
1)Not reading the relevant studies/research
2)Have a vested interest in the products success-be it financial or psyhcological (meaning they are using it and need the affirmation)
Keep a pair of your girlfriend’s panties in your pocket. Huff throughout the day as needed.
keaster,
I did see an anti-aging doc and she did prescribe test creme for me after she saw my T levels, however after taking it for 5 days I decided that I should address my adrenal insufficiency b/c I was deficient in T, adrenals, progesterone, DHEA…
so the idea was to address my adrenals first and then worry about HRT once I get that fixed (if that is still a problem).
That is why I’m trying to see what OTC supplements can do to boost T before I go that route.
