Testosterone After Training

Hi all!, i read in an article that testosterone in blood can be maintained for only 45-60 minutes after training, but i read in another article that testosterone can be maintained for 3 hours after training ! so ? … Poliquin says that theory ( testosterone after training ) is unconfirmed and i.e. theory invented by Bulgarian lifters/ Bulgarian trainers.

My situation allow train when I want to … I work in home and i learing in home. I read Tudor Bompa Book periodization 5th and i dont noticed that testosterone elevated in blood after training … In Bompa book write that if the increase of numbers of units trainings in day to improve the results, he sugered depending on the capabilities of training, one unit in afteroon and one unit in in the evening, and others ( 4,5 units on one day and more ), but the spacing between units training last up five hours … wrote never go to a break lasting 30 minutes as in the case of the Bulgarian weightlifters.

I’m a beginner and i have 15 years old …

Please tell me how it is, and the best Give some research I like to read such things.

Sorry for my bad english.

And so that is certainly as incerase numbers of units training on day ( shorts training sessions but more sessions in day ) increase results of training.

THANKS SO MUCH !

Your 15 years old man it would literally take a serious problem to bring your test levels down. Keep running low weights heavy and eat plenty of GOOD food and you will be fine.

Who gives a shit? Just go and train–it doesnt matter when. The people that care about this kinda shit are likely not very strong to begin with.

Could not agree more.

OP, just go lift, then have your blood drawn and tested afterwards. Do this for several months and you will have your answer.

Really this have matter … And i like read and learn about sport.
I very want get a research about this testosterone.

What country are you from?

He is from Poland!!!

I naprawde nie sadze, ze to jest wazne. Faceci sa tu silna i madra.

Maybe reading in your native language will make sure you really understand and learn. In an other language it is nice to practice, errors are less important.
All the best!

You did gas chromatography on your own blood after working out?

There’s so much junk science when it comes to sports and athletics. I wouldn’t base my training program or diet on a single article claiming to give you a super test-boost.

OMG … thanks all but … And incong this is not what a meant ( i dont noticed that testosterone elevated in blood after training ) this is error in my text  my english is not good. Really no one has these studies ( reserachs ) ??? ignoring issues of my training this research I am curious.

It sounds like you might be better off going to your local public or university library and searching academic & scientific journal databases for information on this.

You don’t just “notice” testosterone.
