TestC+ Cardarine

I’m not looking to put on mass. I’m tempted by other sarms, but honestly is this all I need if I want more energy and to drop the lbs? (Obviously I need to dial in the diet.)

Neither test or cardarine is for weight loss.
Cardarine will help with muscular endurance but that’s about it.
Diet/training/cardio are all you need to drop bodyfat.
Have you ever used gear before?

Yes, and I did notice a big difference in my fat loss while using Test. Used GW before too and it seemed to aid in fat loss but that could be indirectly.

What would you suggest for fat loss?

57, 5’7 160, looking to drop 10-15 lbs

my diet could certainly improve. My calories are fine, but the quality could be stepped up a notch or two.
working out 30-40 min cardio 5x week
circuit training 4x week

So improve your diet. Drugs are not required here.
What are your cals/ macros?
What does a normal day of eating look like?

my goal is 1700 cal day, usually hit that after accounting for exercise. I probably av 1800-2000 per day

1700cals is not enough. You have nowhere to go.

plenty. Im not a body builder. If I hit 150 that’s close enough.
