Advice on Cutting Cycle

Alright, so I will begin this with a brief history of myself. I am 29 years old, and I have struggled with weight since highschool. I fully accept responsibility for my current state. However I have actively taken a stance to correct my problem.

My current “stats”

Height: 6’4
Weight: 269lbs
Age: 29

I have been keeping a steady workout regimen for the past 1.5 Months, with a workout plan set forth for me by a friend of mine who is a personal trainer, body builder, and physique contestant. When I began this I was over 300lbs, so I have been seeing steady progress. However, it is time for me to kick it up a notch. In the past, I have experienced some success with Winstrol, however I managed to regain a large portion of my weight when I was in between homes, and living/eating out of my car. Unfortunately I was unable to maintain a healthy eating regimen while saving for a security deposit. But I digress…

My main point in creating this post is this. I have a credible source for what I may need, so that is not what I ask. What I am asking is what would be the best combination of “Cheat Codes” as I like to call them to melt the most weight at the highest rate.

I have heard that Winstrol, and Clen can work well together. I currently have some Test-400, and I have Nolvadex for my PCT (Unless there is a better combination) I am looking to do a 8 week cycle, and cost is of no concern.

Any advice from the more seasoned members would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

What is your lifting experience? Squat Bench Deadlift numbers?

Current BF%?

IMO (not a seasoned veteran) if fat loss is your only goal you should be able to get it to 12-14% quite easily (relatively speaking) and naturally.

Ttruthfully the best advice I think you can hear is go to the diet and programs section and find a diet and program you WILL do.

My 2 cents on that:

Money is not an issue? What about hard work? Cheat codes dont help if you dont know how to play the game.

DIET (this is the real game changer, 80-90% of your progress begins and ends right here): for starters dont eat anything that wasnt cut off an animal or plant or tree. Later when your progress has stalled then look into counting macros etc. By that time you will probably already be sub 20%.

PROGRAM (consider this a 10-20% boost): Squat, Bench and Deadlift. Those are the muscle creating monsters. Dips and Pullups too. Muscle burns calories every second of every day. The more you have the more you burn. Get a gym membership to a powerlifting friendly gym. Not Globogym or some other adult day care center. Move weight, build strength and muscle.

DRUGS WILL NOT HELP YOU UNLESS YOU KNOW HOW TO USE THEM!!!

Knowing how to use them means first knowing how to eat and train with out them. They can be a 30% increase or a 1% increase based on how your diet, training and general knowledge about how to use the drugs.

Drugs are not complicated. You google, you read, you follow instructions. But they are furnishings to a house with or with out a foundation.

All percentages are edumacated guesses. I hope I see you in the training log section today or tomorrow, or a week from now. I will be your 2nd biggest fan.

Grrr… My first post got cut off hitting enter too early, lol…

What is your lifting experience? Squat Bench Deadlift numbers?

These are my current personal bests

Squat: 135 for 10
Bench: 185 for 7
Deadlight: 245 for 6

Current BF%? 45-50% as a rough estimate

Money is not an issue? What about hard work? Cheat codes dont help if you dont know how to play the game.

Hardwork is not an issue as well. My mornings start at 4am, so I can get a good solid not rushed workout in every morning before heading to work.

DIET (this is the real game changer, 80-90% of your progress begins and ends right here): for starters dont eat anything that wasnt cut off an animal or plant or tree. Later when your progress has stalled then look into counting macros etc. By that time you will probably already be sub 20%.

My diet has already taken a drastic change, from formerly being a pothead who would willingly stuff his face with anything witha 5 figure calorie budget with extreme prejudice, to now managing my caloric intake, eating lean Turkey, Chicken breast, Spinach/kale/Lettuce/Broccoli, Cauliflower, Green Peppers, Carrots, Cabbage, Tuna, Egg whites,

I will actually be posting the entire breakdown of my current workouts on the other forum later today, pending my work load.

DRUGS WILL NOT HELP YOU UNLESS YOU KNOW HOW TO USE THEM!!!

I am well aware of this, and I do appreciate the concern

You will. : )

Hang in there, those numbers will skyrocket and your fat will be melting off if you keep that diet in check.

Stay the course and I bet you will lose 50 pounds easy this first year and then you probably wont even want to risk your health with the roids.

In the training logs? I will be there!! I like reading those. I will be starting another log again soon.

Your sources of food seem to have been a problem at times where nothing was homed cooked. Your only opportunity to get iodine is mostly from iodized salt. Restaurants typically do not use iodized salt, same for prepared foods. Lack of iodine can easily leads to low thyroid function that slows down every cell in your body which drives fat gain or makes fat loss difficult. You should wider area of concern that reaching for steroids.

Thyroid:
You can evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking your oral body temperatures. Thyroid fT3 regulates cellular energy as part of the body’s temperature control loop.
Other signs:

  • sparse outer eyebrows
  • feeling cold easily - not so often with heavy weight
  • some generalized hair thinning

Labs: - before you start any gear
TT
FT
E2
prolactin
LH/FSH
CBC
fasting cholesterol
fasting glucose
A1C if above is elevated

With your current struggles, if your PCT fails, things may get a lot worse.

The bottom line is that simply training hard and eating right with a regular amount of “easy” cardio like hiking/incline walking or swimming about 3x a week will do wonders. Honestly 1.5 month is not a great amount of time. It is a good start, and happy that you have experienced results, but that by itself is not enough to warrant a cutting stack.

These are your ace cards, they are not things uou jump to right away when you get bored. Boredom is part of discipline, and in order to get the most out of your training you have to know how and when and what to eat, not rely on steroids and clen to do work for you. Tons of people make that jump, and then they get stuck because they didnt actually find out how to do it on their own first–suddenly they think the answer is more drugs and more dosing. I see tons of these people–they never look different permanently because they never figured out that the foundation is the most important part of the house.

Look, you could lose probably another 60 lbs over the next 4-6 months without steroids, maybe faster if you are dedicated.

I am looking at your lifts and think , you need to push it natural, i had 7,8 years of lifting before cycle, doing the clen say two on two off for 14 days then 14 off will help burn fat , though as well as good pre workouts.I’ve seen to many guys who start to quick and regret due to not being able to, make natural gains, id say powerbody building best place to start.

Yeah with those lifts you are miles a way from a stage where you should use gear, just do a fatloss focused program that also includes both heavy lifting and metabolic work and you will see rapid results…

If really want spend some money on supps look into Cardarine/GW 501516
