Maybe its just the lighting or the way the picture is taken but I think you could use some size and width to your lats. Just something to look into.

I was actually thinking that it was the mid-back that needed the work, but again, could be lighting

What do you eat ?
What do you drink ?
How much protein/carbs/fat… which kind ?
but more precisely, like :
how much fruits, which fruits? when ?
how much vegetalble, which vegetable ? cooked ? or crude ?
how much protein? meat ? fish ? salmon ? eggs ?
how much glucides ? what kind of glucide ? rice ? potatoes? special things ?
is there things that are totaly forbiden in your diet ?
what else ? almonds ? vitamins ? any others complements ?
Please could you write us a " Daily eating food " ? and a weekly one, to see the difference day to day.
