First Cycle Log.

Not sure if this would be the right section for this, but Im going to be doing a log for my first cycle. Its a pretty basic cycle

500mg test e/wk
0.5mg Adex E3D (may change to EOD depending on sides)
HCG 500iu/wk (weeks 4-10)

PCT with clomid and nolvadex

Stats: 21yrs, 5’11, 190lbs

Blood work: Most Recent blood work (8 weeks ago)
Testosterone, Serum - 538
LH- 7.1
FSH- 4.0
Estradiol- 27.3

Plan on getting blood work done 6 weeks in, then 6 weeks after PCT. Did my first pin today. Did everything properly and went pretty well. Injected into my left delt. No pain, mild sorness afterwards, but was expected. A litle bit of oil did leak out after I took the needle out though, which was weird because i pushed the plunger all the way down and left the needle in for a good minute after to make sure I got it all. Not sure if that is a normal thing or what. I might try injecting into my thigh on thursday to see if I can find a way to make this not happen again. Other than that I look forward to doing this cycle. I will update probably once a week instead of daily, dont want to blow up this feed too much

Dont worry about the oil leaking out, it is normal. The cycle looks good bro, enjoy the ride

What made you decide to use gear at 21? No disrespect just curious, it seems like you could still make real good gains naturally. Also what are your training plans/goals?

Good luck, look forward to seeing the progress.

First off let me be clear, I have no experience with gear yet. I am 23 and am looking into my first cycle. (I have come across a lot of reading that gives an age, which is obviously subjective) - but I have read that it can lead to hormone issues later in life if you start early… “high risk of temporary to permanent damage to your HPTA, andropause, TRT, erectile dysfunction, and low libido”. Wondering if you came across any reading that made you feel as though that was information not worth listening to? Thanks

side note - That wasn’t meant to sound rude or insinuate that you hadn’t thought it through. Just was interested to your perspective on starting at 21

I have ben reading around on these forums for the past 2-3 years. And after reading many different posts, opinions, etc. I have come to the conclusion that nobody truly knows what is going to happen when you introduce these hormones into your body, at any age. You read of people starting as young as 18-19 years old, running oral only cycles or harsh compounds for their first time, and recovering perfectly fine, sometimes with no PCT or proper research done. Everyone is going to have a different opinion, but at the end of the day it is up to you to decide what is best for you and what you want to do.
I also took into consideration that for being 21 years old, and having a testosterone serum level of 538 on blood work, how much more room do I have to grow naturally being 5’11 190lbs? Maybe 10lbs? When I started working out 4-5 years ago I weighed 130 lbs. Getting up to 190 naturally in my eyes is quite an accomplishment being that small to begin with. I remember I could barely bench the bar, and now Im doing sets of 225 for 8-10 reps.
So i think it all just depends on the circumstances I guess. Are there possible risks involved with this lifestyle? Of course there is. Just as there is a risk that you could die today, or tomorrow, or the next day. Risk is involved in every decision we make. There are always going to be people out there that are going to tell you your wrong or not to do something, especially when it comes to steroids. Read as much as you possibly can about cycling, listen to the older guys on these forums, research research research, cover all the bases as far as what you need, and be smart, I dont see a problem with starting at 21. Thats just my .02 though. I plan to log my experience with this cycle, that way others who are considering it have something else to look at and take into consideration. At 23 though I dont see why you wouldnt be able to start your cycle if you feel like you are ready for one.

I also decided to up the dose this first week and do a kind of front load, for the test e to build up levels in the blood a little quicker. So instead of doing 500mg this week I will be doing 750mg. Shots will be MWF this week. As well as doing this, instead of doing arimidex .5mg adex E3D, this week I will be taking it EOD, to compensate for the extra test.

Next week I will do the normal MonThurs shots at 500mg/wk, with adex E3D, unless sides start to occur, then I will do it EOD. I also have 50 tabs of Dbol that I might throw in starting next week as well, doing 20mg/day for 25 days. Im still not sure about the DBol yet though, so I guess it will all depend on how I feel and if I am experiencing any sides or not. 20mg is not a lot, but I have read of many people saying it is fine for a kickstart.

I will continue to update this thread weekly, probably on saturday’s. Nothing to report at this time as far as mood changes or anything like that. Had to take off the gym last night because campus closed due to a lot of snow. Tonight is back and bi’s ;). Thanks for following my post.

Props, good luck. It definitely seems like you’ve thought it out and are making an educated decision. I’m currently 20 and about the same height and weight as you, so I’ll definitely be following!

This looks like a good plan. I commend u for the research u put in before starting. Kids these days are extremely lucky to have great information at their finger tips via the Internet. I remember getting my advice from my “guy” @ your age, and of course it was more bro science than actually science.

How many shots per week will u split the 500 test into. I suggest 3.

Good luck as it appears you’ll get excellent results!

I will be splitting the 500mg dose into two shots MonThurs. Im pinning 3xs this week for 750mg to see if I can kind of front load the test, and then drop back down to the normal 500mg beginning next week. Possibly adding in the 20mg DBol if I feel like my body can handle it.

Quick update for everyone. First week is over. No noticeable changes or side effects as of yet, so nothing really to report. Did 3 shots this week for 750mg of test total. Thinking about doing a second week of 750mg to front load the test a little bit more. I will start taking the DBol starting tomorrow at 20mg/day. Along with another shot.

I know that test takes a few weeks to really kick in, but reading online has got me nervous as to wether or not the gear I have is real or bunk. There is always a risk when ordering online that it could be bunk, and there seems to be at least one bad review about every site that you hear about. But the site I used to order I got from a couple guys that compete in my gym, so, I think maybe Im just not being patient enough. Its always going to be in the back of my mind though until I start to notice something. Hopefully I will start to notice something towards the end of this week.

Its only been a week, give it a good 3 to 4 weeks

Yeah, like I said I think Im just expecting too much too soon. I wish I was allowed to share my source on here so I could get some feedback on it, see if anyone else has ever used it. It was recommended to me by quite a few people. So, hopefully I have nothing to worry about.

Yeah man, you can always get a blood test in a week or two

Yeah, I will be getting blood work done around week 5-6 to see how im doing. Will definitely post those to share with everyone. I will post another update next weekend.

Where are you getting your blood work done at?

Took until week 6 for me to notice the test. DBOL usually kicks in pretty quick at 30 mg ed I notice a change after 2-3 days and it has kicked in pretty good after a week. Usually put on at least 5 lbs of water the first week as well with dbol
