The “wow” has to do with the raw stupidity associated with a 17 year old using testosterone. You idiot.
No.
what would you recomend because regualr traing ant working
wow.
Go to see an ART or physical therapist.
Every little teenager wants to be Superman, but with the IQ of a ketchup stain.
i have done my physio, and it helped to get my movement back but the joint its self slips
Damn do you guys treat your kids like this?

If mine were 17 and talking about using AAS - it would be worse.
Do you even have kids?

Damn, you don’t!?
Son: Dad, can I use steroids?
Dad: No you idiot.
It’s that simple.
To the OP, if you shattered your elbow it is very likely going to take more than a year before it gets back to normal. Probably closer to two years, drugs won’t change that. Just count your lucky stars that you are still growing. That is probably the only reason you will ever get back to full functioning. Be patient.
I’m in love with pushharder’s parental philosophy.
Have you tried Icing the elbow before training and then right after with some stretching exercises.
Using test is not the answer since you are prone to injure your ligaments with the strenght increase and destroy whatever chances of growing taller.
Remember that the taller you are the more muscle you can carry without looking like a cartoon!
I have tried icing it after and then heat for the next days until training but the joint remains sore fore a few weeks depending on the intesity
I just give up, “sigh”
Some things most of us fail to notice when 17 … is that you may live MANY MANY MANY YEARS after, all in that SAME body of yours.
Yes, you want things NOW. But resting and taking time OFF from training could do wonders for your elbow or any injury for that matter.
Yes it sucks to wait, but fuck man, you’ll get YEARS of better training during your lifetime if you just listen to your body a bit. Less mass and less fun for a few weeks or months is worth LOTS more mass and fun and training for the next YEARS.
To the OP, how did you injure your elbow? Are you seeing a PT? If not & you’re still having problems then maybe you shuld.
I just hate having to sit and do nothing as my gains waste away.
