…honestly Reed I don’t mind you not using an Ai, you appear to have the intellect of a coffee mug… but please don’t continue advising others to follow your insanely foolish practice

Dude what the fuck is your problem I have never not one time in any way have I ever advised to not use or not have a AI. The only thing I have ever said is that I , Me, Myself do not use one however Me, Myself and every single person who runs gear should ALWAYS have it on hand at a minimum.
AAS in general especially at the doses we are running have a huge possible side effects hell even AIs them self have certain negative side effects. So we agree to disagree and you can kindly go fuck yourself.
I didn’t even in this post advise against a AI I told him to get his blood pressure checked that was all I said. Good bye.

it wouldn’t be a problem, but people (especially noobs) for some reason respect you “knowledge” and are unable to see that it is very lacking…
u really aren’t doing them any favors by recommending that they “keep one on hand” or saying things like “well I don’t use one lolz”
People can choose to listen to me if they want I have never told any one not to use a AI. They ask what I do or what I take I tell them that is all. No point in lying to them. Let them do their own research and decide fir their selves if they I am the be all end of knowledge then they pretty much deserve what they get.
I do what works for me and works for the ones around me that I learned from as well some run AI some dont I happen to feel better and make, better gains in my mind. Honestly if Health is your main concern then you should nit be running any hormones period flat and that goes for whether your running AIs, Serms or what, ever.
I agree Reed with running no gear if you are concerned about your health. I attempt though to be as healthy as possible. For me that means taking an AI. As far as a recommendation goes. That means telling people to take it. You can lower dosage or back off completely if you choose to but you can’t undo some damage after been done. 1oz prevention=1lb cure

fair enough Reed, but you also said there is no science… which is…
well… laughable [/quote]
No you misunderstood what I was saying I’m not saying there is no science behind why you should or shouldn’t use a AI. I said that I personally have no scientific reason to back up why I do not run a AI other than the fact that I personally for me and me only feel better mentally and especially physically when I do not use a AI. I would never tell some one they shouldn’t or even try to argue a valid reason for I honestly don’t have one other than I just feel better not using one.
So here’s an update. I went to Walgreens yesterday and bought a BP monitor. i checked BP throughout the day and this morning. It seems to be averaging around 140/85. slight headache throughout the day where my neck and head meet. It intensifies like crazy if I get sexually aroused. I checked BP during my workout yesterday and it didn’t get past 153/87. I did no cardio. haven’t felt energetic at all like I thought I would. I did pick up some arimidex and took .5 yesterday at lunch and .25 this morning. not much seems to have changed yet though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
OK, so your bp is high then. Not seriously high if you are averaging 140/85. But possibly enough to cause headaches. What is your sodium intake? The average person takes in over 5g a day of sodium. Ideally you should be below 2g.
Try nightly aspirin as well.
This is an article regarding taking aspirin at night and the subsequent drop in overall bp. Worth a read
Hopefully some other people will have some other ideas for you too.
