Dull Headache on 1st Cycle

Hello guys,

I’m 29 years old, 80 Kgs with a body fat of around 10%
Currently on my 1st cycle where I’m 6 weeks in of 12 which consists of

-250 Test E shot once per week (I’m of the less is more and will taper up to higher cycles in the future)
-50 mg of Anavar for the final 8 weeks
-Arimidex 0.25 / 0.5 EOD

I’ve only been taking Arimidex this past week as I assumed that I didn’t require and AI as the dose of Test was low. I’ve been experiencing dull headaches behind my eyes and near the sinus region on and off for the past 2 weeks or so and the past few days seem to be constant.

I was taking 0.25 EOD but have gone up to 0.5 EOD since Monday but my energy levels have tanked and I feel lethargic and the headache doesn’t seem to be improving.

I didn’t do blood work prior to starting (huge error as I’ve got nothing to compare with I know).

Are the headaches side effects or signs of high E2 or Blood pressure? Any advice at all as I can see it becoming unbearable soon and I’m loosing focus in work.

from my experience with Var, I found it raised my BP a little which cause me to have a slight headache every now and then. I found by ensuring I drank A LOT of water they went away. not sure your diet either, but make sure you are keeping the sodium low too.

Low E2. Trust me. When I was lowering my e2 the first year of TRT, I kept getting these nasty, behind the eyes headaches. Would go away after I slept, but return within minutes of waking.

It felt like it was dry (probably was). It was the e2, as soon as I stopped fucking with it, it went away.

stop the AI dude. Trust me, there is no mistaking that headache you are talking about.

Were you having the headaches when you increased? If so, you are likely crashing your e2 and that is gonna be hell for a while. Luckily your on a cycle so it should pick up faster than if you were just on TRT or natty.
