Is your diet and training dialed in? If so, HOT-ROX will work great.

If not, you will be disappointed.

Diet and exercise usually work great.

Yeah My work out and diet are pretty much dialed in I work out 3-4 times a week and I do cardio after lifting weights…I eat 6-8 times a day small meals and snakes in between meals…I eat lots of chicken, egg whites, fruits and vegies…For bread I use whole wheat or whole grain…I take ON 100% whey protien after a work out…To HOT-ROX Would do me good, will it help me loose the fat??

Perfect answer; short and, well, short.

Yes, HOT-ROX will definitely help you. If you want a more in-depth answer, give the search function a workout. The effectiveness of HOT-ROX has been discussed many times, and it always comes out the winner.

Also, you may want to rethink your post-workout shake. Even while trying to drop some body fat, something like Surge is great. Actually, maintaining your muscle mass and optimizing your pre/post-workout shake is probably more important while trying to drop fat, since the more lean body mass you keep/add, the higher your metabolism will be.

Hope this helps a bit.

Eating snakes is probably not good for you… at least not between every meal.
