Hey Shadow,
DD makes a good point about the additional aromatization pressure from the dBol. Keep that in mind when you do your cycle. If you are not using dBol, you can probably get away with a little less Adex.
As for the BD test e vial caps. They bend up and stay attached to a good piece of the crimping. If you pull the cap off before bending back and forth, the crimping will tear off.

I started a new program today.
Reg Park 5 x 5 - Intermediate.
Today’s workout was Day 3 (since I was due to work chest):
-Hyperextensions 3x10
A1) Incline DB press 5x5
A2) DB renegade row 5x5
2 minutes rest between A1 & A2 until all 5 sets are done.
Renegade rows are push-ups supported on DBs with a 1 arm row at the top of each push up until 5 are completed for each arm. They are fairly killer following incline DB press.
-BB squats 5x5 (3 minute rest interval between sets).
The 3 days of the program are identical except for A1 & A2.
Day 1:
A1) Standing BB military press 5x5
A2) BB bent-over row 5x5
Day 2:
A1) Weighted dip 5x5
A2) Weighted pull-up 5x5
I pulled something in my side forcing those unholy renegade rows today. It feels like I took one in the ribs. I hope I’ll be good to go tomorrow (Military press & bent-over rows??).
I am also concerned about doing squats everyday. This program was designed with rest days inbetween sessions.
I pinned into r-ventroglute today. I had intended rear glute, but found it awkward and didn’t want to waste time as I got up later than usual and felt rushed.
I tried to do rows today and was too sore. So I decided to do pull ups. That targeted my sore side too. I opted for military press and weighted dips. I did squats again too for the second day in a row.
My bro wants some help renovating his condo tomorrow so I think I’ll take a day off training to mend. I had a serious carb meal today and expect to be really strong tomorrow. Libido is up again. I called a friend a couple of times, but she was out. It is Thanksgiving weekend in Canada.
I injected left ventroglute this morning. Gotta love that site. That was my 10th E3D injection. I am 28 days in. I am approaching an interesting juncture. That is in 6 days when my dBol kick start phase ends. Then I will know just how potent my test e batch is.
I must say that I felt very strong in the gym today. My side is still hurting a little, but only becomes an issue for rows and pull ups. I am hoping to be able to resume those the day after tomorrow. If that’s the case it won’t have been so bad. I injured it on Saturday and hopefully I’ll be good to go by the end of the week. A bud at the gym said that these in-between rib injuries tend to drag on for a month. I hope I get off lucky as this should be prime time in my cycle.
Libido is quite acute. To the point where it is difficult to ignore when it hits. Not having a lady at the moment I am forced to take matters into my own hands (excuse the pun).
I must have the estrogen balance just right now at 0.5 mg Adex per day. I’ll keep an eye out for too low estrogen (dry joints, fatigue, loss of libido). I used a little less today. It’s like I know the sensitivity I experienced in my nipples has cleared up and I am worried that I may slip the other way at the 0.5mg/D level.
6 weeks left to go in my 10 week cycle and I have gained 17 lbs already. I weighed 174 today and started at 156.5. I am a little bloated and definitely have gained some fat, but I am a lot stronger and don’t feel too sloppy yet. Funny thing is only one guy and one girl have noticed the weight gain. Not even my family has commented???
Appetite is very healthy. I am eating like a champ.
I mentioned in my last update that no one was noticing my increase in size. Well today a colleague at work said “you’re gaining weight”. He went on to say that he would love to do a cycle to get all buff. I played dumb.
Today is day 31 of my 70 day cycle (10 weeks). I pinned 250mg test e into left pec (11th E3D injection). I will be running 30mg dBol as a kickstart for 2 more days and then I’ll see how potent the test e is since it will on its own once I discontinue the dBol.
I am hoping it is decently potent for the normal reason - to continue getting good results with the remainder of this cycle.
I am also a little concerned that since I was planning to use the test e as PCT; that it could leave me up shit’s creek if it is no good. If that is the case, I will crash from the sudden drop off of dBol.

I had a really good strength at the gym today. People are starting to notice I am bigger. One of my female friends saw me at the gy today and said “You really are getting bigger”, “You’re not using steroids are you?”, “I hope not”. I definitely have a gut though even while eating low carb with one cheat meal per week. I am taking in a lot of calories via fat though.
I have been eating 4 scrambled eggs with a large dollop of natural almond butter twice per day (morning and evening). I also have two meat based meals (250-300 grams each) mostly with a shitload of broccoli. In between meals I have nuts and protein shake (twice a day).
On days that I train (at least 4 per week) I have a pre and post shake. My pre is carb free with water yielding 27g of protein. The PWO shake is 16 ounces of pineapple juice with 2 scoops protein (60g carbs from pineapple / 54 g protein from protein powder).
Maybe I have to cut down the fat intake somewhat. It could be the dBol and water retention. I get red faced after eating and sweat at night which I never did off cycle.
I am loving the strength though. Considering that I am almost 20 lbs heavier than I was 4 weeks ago, I can do pull ups easily and will be weighting them as the strain in my side is getting much better. I have gone up 50 lbs in squats and want to go higher soon. Weighted dips were quite easy again considering I am carrying an extra 20 lbs from the get go. I used 40lb DB today for dips, but will go with at least 50lb next time. Loaded barbell and all weights in general just feel lighter when I pick them up.
I finished training today, had my pineapple protein shake and ate a hearty lunch about an hour later. Then I was stoked for 4 hours of demolition work at my brother’s new condo.
I slept like a champ last night and expect to again tonight. I will be part of the team to take all the material we removed from his condo to the dump tomorrow.
I have only 4 remaining tabs of DBol from my cycle kick start. That will take me through tomorrow and then last one Monday morning. I don’t work Monday, so I will train in am. By evening I should know how decent my test e is. Hope it kicks ass!!
In a week, I up my Proviron dose from 25mg/d to 50mg/d. That should increase libido and keep SHBG in check.
I ate two cheat meals today. Had a baked potato and chicken breast at lunch & hot sugar pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert. I then had a steak sandwich for supper followed by chesse cake and cafe latte. I really have to get this gut under control (but I love the strength I have??).
Forget about the gut. Get as big as you can without worrying about fat. You’re a skinny bastard, like me, so it’ll be waaaaay easier to lose the fat than it will be to gain more muscle once the juice train leaves.
On a side note, I just pinned 3ml into my bum. I totally see what you mean by it’s hard with a 25g. You still using 25s?

Hey Shadow. Yeah, I hear you on the gut. I guess I stressed over being lean for so long that it is a real adjustment for me. I’ll keep shoveling it in. There are a few benefits with the added weight anyway.
My skin looks great and my face has filled out so lines are smoothed out giving a younger look. I don’t look bony anymore either. Oh yeah, did I mention the added strength?
What are you pinning at 3ml? I still use 25g. It wasn’t the 25g that makes glute shots difficult. It is just awkward reaching back there. I love ventro-glute and pecs are easy too. Quads are good too. I think those are enough sites for me. If I needed more I would try to do the more difficult ones - glutes & delts.
I think Randizo has a good idea getting shorter pins. I think he said he uses 5/8" length. Then you can sink it in all the way and not have to keep a 1 1/2" needle inserted just deep enough while aspirating and injecting. All my 25G needles are 1 1/2 inch. When I run out, I’ll definitely get some shorter ones.
I am looking forward to my workout tomorrow morning as I have the day off. I should be a beast after all the carbs I took in today!!
Edit: what a bonehead I am. I remember what makes 25G so difficult. It is the pressure it takes to aspirate and to shoot thick oil through a narrow pin. You are absolutely right!! Yes, I should try some larger gauge needles for difficult to get at sites.

This poor sap has a broken needle in his groin. Screw sinking it in all the way. I’d rather leave a little pin to grab onto if it ever was to break.
Yea, the pressure I needed to squirt this stuff was amazing. I’ve never had a problem with 25g until now. It was 1.5cc prop and 1.5 cc grape seed oil. Sachet stuff so I had to dilute big time. I pinned 3 times today and only that one was bad. Back to 23g next time.
So you look younger because face lines are vanishing? Your test must be working since you’re generating collagen. No?

You have a point (excuse the pun) about leaving a little needle uninserted in case of breakage.
The factor(s) behind my skin looking better and me looking younger could be collagen or it could simply be plumping up. Possibly a combination of both.
So tell me do you feel the effects of your test prop? It must be crazy difficult to pin 3ml of thick oil through a 25G!!

No, I don’t feel anything yet. I pinned it about 3 hours ago. I forget how long it usually takes to feel. I just hope I’m not crippled tomorrow. lol
I don’t know what exactly moonfaced means, but my face is where most people first notice the change. I had an almost gaunt face before now it is full; I wouldn’t say exageratingly so however. More in proportion to the weight I have gained. Let’s face it 20 lbs on 157.5 start weight is a 12.5% increase in bodyweight.
By moonfaced I meant all bloated up. My face is normally gaunt also, but my face turned all roundish last time. My cheeks looked like I was storing nuts for the winter; and I normally have nice cheekbones.
I hear adex helps with that. So I thought I would ask since you’re using that. Yea, that’s a pretty good weight gain you got there. Sounds like the adex is helping in that sense.
I think I can safely say no moonface. I am curious what my weight is today after carb loading yesterday. I’ll have an update soon. Also looking forward to training in about 1 hour.

My training today was:

A2) Renegade rows 10lb DB (recovering from injury incurred with this exercise last week). This is a pushup on DBs with a row of alternating arms at full pushup extension.
- Back squats 5 x 5 (2-3 min rest) 205 lbs
I felt pretty good but not as awsome as I expected after two cheat meals yesterday. I took my last DBol this am. I should soon have a good idea how potent my test e is on its own following the DBol kickstart.
I was flirting with a girl at the gym. She was complaining about doing calf raises with only her bodyweight. I asked her if she had done donky calf raises and she said yes, but she had sat on another trainee’s back. I offered to sit on her back and she said “let’s go”. She did 3 sets. I think we both enjoyed equally.
I am exactly 1/2 way ==> Day 35 of a 70 day cycle. I just finished the DBol kickstart phase and am continuing with 250mg Test e E3D. Also 0.25mg Adex/d, 250iu hCG EOD and 25mg Proviron (ramping up to 50 mg in 6 days => day 41 - day 70). I lowered the Adex from 0.5mg/d to 0.25mg/d since I finished taking DBol so there is less AAS to aromatize.
I am hoping that my test e is strong so that I can continue to make good gains until well after day 70. First day after dBol libido is good so that is a good sign. I also had wood for most of the night while sleeping. We’ll see how I feel in the gym tomorrow.
