Test E + NPP/Tren A + “Oral”

Hey guys! 34 year old, 4th cycle, looking to gain size/strength but come out kinda hard/dry/lean-ish.

Gym rat 20 years. Currently 6’4” 235 with a belly and tight hips I don’t usually go below 6 reps anymore for joints but bench 245, 265 squat, 315 dead.

All Natural, my body stopped around 195-200, first cycle early 20s 300mg test e 12 weeks. Body settled back to 210.

Cycle 2- 400 test e 300 equipoise 12 weeks. Mid 20s, was doing Muay Thai 16 hrs a week and training for special forces selection so going for endurance and put out. Shredded and strong 205.

Cycle 3- 400test e 300 tren e, yes e, 16 weeks. I think I had a bad source because I ended up going as high as 600test and 500 tren and didn’t get expected results. Was a fat 245 at start and ended strong af, lean 240. Got sensitive nipple with a lump at the end, started nolvadex early and longer, all good.

Pct for each was 4 weeks clomid/nolvadex and 2 weeks hcg with some natural herbs for test boost.

Last cycle was 6 month ago, and I’m looking to do test e + npp/tren a + oral and hit all 3 receptors.

Thinking weeks
1-16 test e 400
2-10 npp 300-400
11-18 tren a 300-400
2-8 oral
14-18 oral
19-25 pct

Any input/advice welcome! Thank you!

Which orals and how much daily?

Plus, why all the AAS? To what objective?

Sorry, can you set my mind at ease and post a physique pic? These numbers don’t really make sense to me.

These numbers are very low for a 235lb man who has done 3 AAS cycles. If they were your 10 rep numbers that would be a little better.

Yes I don’t feel very strong haha my frame seems to want to stay at 210… also I did 2 years extremely high mental/physical stress, poor sleep, poor nutrition, long hard days. Took a year before test or cortisol were anywhere near returned to healthy numbers, or I felt like lifting again. Definitely seems like the only gains in my 30s have been to the belly, starting with that 2 year selection process.

Those are 6 rep max numbers…

I was hoping to gain advice on the orals as I don’t know much about them. My aim is to hit all 3 receptors, test natural mimic, npp and tren hit the other one, and an oral for the dht receptor. Thanks for input

… Yes, and as someone who has been lifting for 20 years and has blasted 3 times prior, I’m curious why your PR’s and body composition are pedestrian.

I think you should be addressing your training and nutrition before considering blasting.

I guess I have only been lifting seriously for 10 years with 3 substantial gaps, and too much beer

Well I train hard. Eat pretty well. Took a 5 year surf break where I went back down to 185, back up to 210, 4 year lumber work no lift down to 180, back up to 225. Selection dropped me to 200 and now I’m 235.

Is your tight hips comment a reference to body composition or poor mobility?

If you naturally plateaued at 6’4” and 200, then you need to learn how to eat more.

And your strength is pretty poor, even for 6RM.

Im not saying don’t use AAS, that’s why most of us are here. BUT I am saying don’t use AAS to mask deficiencies that are clearly under your control.

I think its common knowledge not to combine deca and tren, just like stanazolol and dbol… They kind of give the opposite look.

But anyone whos 6rep max is like my 2nd-3rd warmup set, shouldnt really need this much steroids to gain.
If strenght is so low, id say you should just do test only and learn to train.

I was thinking deca to put on size for first half and tren to harden up second half…
When I ate a shitload and lifted religiously I stayed steady around 210.
Tight hips like a 30 min warmup to hit full squat depth.
The numbers were best guesses without sounding cocky, I will find actual prs. Feel like a weak lame.
Any views on the cycle?…

I think a lot of guys don’t understand the importance of increasing resistance over time. I see it all the time. Thinking doing more sets or reps will work with continual low weights. Is it possible you just haven’t prioritized getting stronger over the long run?

The reason why there are no views on the cycle is because the cycle is the least of your worries. If you care to actually get results, you will listen to the advice you are given and find the actual problem.
No one here discusses cycles with people who clearly have much bigger problems than “should i run NPP or should i run Tren”. By the time that would be your problem, you should be at least 50% stronger.

Fair point, however I do add weight each set to progressively overload. I see growth, I just tend to reach a plateau

After rereading my post I realized I came across a lot stronger than I intended. I meant to be direct, but not an asshole.

Your cycle seems overly complex and frankly unnecessary at your current training level. I think you should run a basic cycle of 500 test and work on your recovery (sleep and NEAT) as well as learning how to eat for strength and size. Learning to sleep more and eat better has been far more anabolic for me than all the gear that I run. The gear should be the icing on the cake, not the flour base for the batter.

Thanks. I have a pretty hard time sleeping but got great sleep on test. I train hard and eat quite a bit but I drink too much beer and it all goes to my belly.
Average day when lifting heavy:
-6 eggs fruit raw milk 2 pieces of toast
-Fruit 1/4 ground beef
Lift
-Fruit or juice 1 lb steak white rice
-1 lb steak raw milk

I liked what was happening with test and tren, just wanted to go further.

I’m not smart enough to remember or understand all of the specifics, but when drinking alcohol, IIRC, your body will stop metabolizing everything else and go straight for the alcohol. Not only that but different foods send different signals to your body that cause certain hormones to be released in the body. This directly affects the way you metabolize your food.

I’m not saying alcohol is bad, but in excess it can become very problematic and counter productive to building muscle or staying lean.

With that said, cut down on the alcohol, and try to improve your sleep hygiene to get better sleep. For about 10 years after getting out of the USMC. I slept about 4-5 hours per night, and I thought I didn’t need more sleep, now, for the last 2.5 years, I get 7+ hours every night, and my recovery, body composition, and strength have all improved tremendously.

I have almost the exact same story, except I haven’t been out 10 years yet lol. Still occasionally get 4-5 hours sleep on certain nights but mostly aim for 6.5+
