I have some questions from any past experienced individual out there for my upcoming cycle.
Height - 5’6
Weight - 168
BF % - 9%
I just recently had a 6 month break from the gym due to an injury, but have been steady training for 3 years. I have done previous cycles involving tren a, test c, and test e.
This is the upcoming cycle I have planned out. Please give me any pointers and advise me of any possible changes I may need according to your experience or knowledge.
On Cycle:
Weeks 1-14 Arimidex .25mg EOD
Weeks 2-14 HCG 250iu EOD
Weeks 1-12 Test E 150mg Mon. & Thur.
Weeks 1-10 Tren E 200mg Mon. & Thur.
Weeks 1-10 Dostinex(Cabergoline) .5mg 2 x week(as needed)
Have Letrozole on hand incase of Gyno.
Incase of Gyno 1.25mg ED till lump reduces.
Post Cycle Therapy:
Wait 4 days from the last HCG shot.
Weeks - 15,16,17
Clomid - 50/100/50
Novadex - 40/40/20
After my research this is what I have planned. Please let me know what you think.
Specifically, high dose tren frightens me so I would chose the latter option.
Other than that, everything looks in order to me, except one curiousity: why the 2nd week of pct do you double the clomid dose? Is there a reason for this or is it just an emulation of something you have seen?

Okay I will up the test, I too fear the tren! lol At first it was multiple forums saying that poeple have used clomid in that order and had no complaints. So that is what I tried so I have stuck with it because nothing seemed to have been out of the ordinary or unusual. Do have another suggestion?

I changed my mind after some more research with the Tren being higher. Here is what I have.

Weeks 1-12 Caber .25mg 2 x week(bump up as needed)
Have Letrozole on hand incase of Gyno.
Incase of Gyno 1.25mg ED till lump reduces.

I can’t say anything is wrong with it, I typically see numbers higher than that for clomid, but you are taking nolva as well. That being said, clomid makes me break out something fierce, i just use 25mg a day alongside some nolva, but thats up to you.
haha thankyou for being concerned about my diet. But yes, like I said earlier, I was out on an injury to both ankles and wrist for 6 months. Didn’t really get that good having time to exercise. And wasn’t the most responsible on the diet either. At the end of my last cycle I was 174 at 7%. So that was a little better. But that’s another forum.
ok, but really, 174 at 5,6 isnt great either, I mean, 7% is super lean but with “stats” dont we need strength, max lifts, no diss on you bro but this isnt the first post odf someone super small wanting to know about cycles. I understand your injury and this should help alot but I guess I agree with BUDs and Reed that you need to eat or just be happy being small.
Please don’t take this the wrong way, but I am seeing a reoccurring theme of “small” guys wanting to know about cycles and swearing they eat enough when guys mention diet, yet after tren and test cycles our best is 174?
If you listed your best(at time of 174) lift and they were awesome then fine otherwise I agree with the guys above and say eat homie eat!!!

haha alright thanks brotha!!! I will get there. I will make sure my diet is in check and be ready to eat like a champion lol. Any links you could share for a budgeters diet that you may follow?
Where do you live, where I am local grocery stores carry boneless skinless breasts for 2 bucks a pound(i go 1.25-1.5 lbs a day four days a week, fish and steak other days), and eggs are cheap too. I mean, I spend 50 bucks a week on “my food” , chicken, fish that is on sale, one lean steak on sale, long grain brown rice, granola, greek yogurt, carrots broccoli and olive oil, but really it is about organizing the diet and making a weekly list and putting in the work. Is a lot more involved than just cooking what you have in the fridge that’s why a lot of guys don’t stick to it.
everyone’s diet plan is different, but it has to have enough protein, from food, not just powder, and enough carbs to give you the energy you need to lift hard and heavy.
