Wana be big need eat big eat more and up the dose. Need 8 hour workout and 1g of tren at minimum.
Also insulin fasted state before kardio 20 uinits.
First that’s not really that high. Second, stop the drugs. Third seek help in a proper nutrition plan. Focus on meeting your calorie goals with wholesome foods that are in a muscle building macro ratio. That should be all you need. Your frame will hold at least 20lbs more even if you’re a skinny dude.

I actually rarely get more than 140-150 grams. I have pushed as high as 300g and all i got more were farts, haha.
Do you feel like more protein benefits you somehow or its just what you get up when you eat what you want to eat?
2,5k kcal would be a heavy cut for me tho…
So I recently finished a cut at 2200 calories. Remember I’m a much smaller dude than you. I went from 205->185. But at 185, while leaner, I’m just too small for my liking. A lean 190-195 looks good on my tiny 5’7” frame. So I increased number calories up 10% for now to see if weight will climb slowly. Anything fast and I just get fatter too. If that doesn’t move the scale after a month I’ll add a little more.
Regarding protein I always try to keep it at 40% of caloric intake. I have IBS hereditarily so I couldn’t tell you stomach issue wise as I always have stomach problems lol.

I can eat maybe like 3 things on the planet that dont make me fart or have a chronic diarrhea the next day…
But intermittent fasting and eating less protein does help a bit… just a bit, but it helps.

My diet consists of 10egg whites 2 whole eggs,500grms chicken breast, 2scoops of whey protein
Carbs-sweet potato, white rice,bread
Fats-peanut butter, avocado
Tell me whta should i add more?

2400cal daily is cutting intake yet you are trying to gain muscle… You need to understand nutrition and proper training before jumping into AAS - nevermind something as harsh as tren. lortd.

This is correct. Your nutrition plan is not high enough in calories to add appreciable mass or utilize the drugs you are taking. The foods you have listed sound proper… just eat more. I would suggest at least 500 more calories. Tren is also amazing stuff and will allow you to eat in excess without getting too soft to a degree.
