Hey whats up everyone im 5’8 172lbs 14% BF. i have been training 5-6 days a week for about 3 years now. I used to go 4 days a week for about 2.5 years. total been training about almost 6 years. i love the lifestyle the dieting, planing my next workout feeling the pumps and seeing me grow and my body to respond. As far as dieting goes i eat pretty clean i eat 3 cups of greens a day. i eat about 2 lbs of meat (its not that much i no but it does cost.) i love food though 85 percent of its clean i do have a cheat day but i still try and stay mostly clean. In the past i ran a cycle of Test E 500mgs a week for 10 weeks used HCG weeks 3-6. pct Nolva i went from about 158 to about 180lbs i kept most of my gains.That ended on Feb 09.I want to gain alot more muscle and strength and stay solid and lean. Heres what my cylce is going to look like
Week 1-4 Test Prop 200mgs , 75mgs of Tren Acet.
Week 5-7 Tren Acet. 75mgs, 400 Mgs Test E
Week 8 Test E 400mgs , EQ 200 mgs
Week 9-12 EQ 200mgs
…my questions are when should i throw the HCG in i heard i wont need to throw it in while i take Tren, i will def have some HCG in stock , proviron and Nolva. please help me on my AI and pcts. I have done research on them and not sure where to throw them in. Any useful information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

- 5’8 172 @ 14% bodyfat training for six years? I am afraid you probably do not have enough knowledge to cycle yet. You may be trying, but you def havent found what works yet. 147lbs of Fat free mass on a 5-8 is not very impressive at all.
- Your cycle is absolutely aweful. Are those weekly doses or daily doses? You certainly do not need three drugs. Hell you dont even need one drug lol. I would go for a straight test cycle again if you are super intent on cycling still.
Hey thanks for the info.Those are actually weekly dosages.Alright i guess ill run another test cycle. Should i just use nolva and HCG again? also i just started eating alot cleaner. it used to be worse man i was at like 17%. 2months before my cycle i was eating w.e i wanted i just startd dieting. but thanks for the info.Are you saying just run a test E cycle again though?

I personally do not think you should be running any cycle at the moment. Without being mean, again, your body is really under-developed. You could gain PLENTY while being natural. You probably need to up your calories a ton, but from clean sources. What does your diet look like?
Alright well in the mornings
meal 1 : shake 25 grams protein w/water ASA i get up.
Meal 2 : oatmeal and some eggs. glasss of OJ
Meal 3: shake
Meal 4 : meat 1 cup of greens lunch time 1:00pm
Meal 5: 4:00-5:00 pm Meat with 2 cups of greens.
meal 6 preworkout 7:00
postworkout protien and afterglow. 8:45
honestly and occasionally ill have like subway or chinesse for meal 4
also sometimes be4 i go to bed i have some chips but thats like once out of the week.

Im going to go ahead and say that every meal needs more protein. You could also use some more carbs and fat as well lol… I would make meal 1 fifty grams protein. Meal 2 about 7 eggs with the oatmeal. Meal three might wanna be some peanut butter with wheat bread with peanut butter and a shake. Meal four probably needs more than one cup, although, how many oz is that?
What is your preworkout meal? All and all, you need way more calories, simple as that = )
Alright sounds good i appreciate that alot. iam not sure of the Ounces of the greens honestly. i get a cup of broccoli. preworkout just a 25 grams of whey. Thanks alot though. so i should not run a cycle yet. i wil try this diet for a few months and see where i get ill keep you posted man thanks alot.

Oh, I was talking about the meat in that meal, like how many ounces of meat. I hope it helps! Some other guys might come on in the morning and tweak with it as well, so keep checking back! Steroids really work well once you have figured out how your body “works” ie what nutrition/bbing split you need.
