Tren Enanthate/Test Enanthate/Dbol Log

I figured I’d start a log to keep myself accountable. I have tried researching people’s progress pictures with these compounds when trying to lose bf and I didn’t have much luck (probably didn’t look hard enough) So maybe I’ll be able to help out others or even give some motivation.

I’ve only been on for 12 days so haven’t really seen much of the effects from tren and test. I am cutting well more like a body recomp.
I am using tren enanthate 200mg/ml , test enanthate 300mg/ml, dbol

Once I get to down into lower bf% I will go on a low dose of test and add in 50mg anavar / 50mg winny daily then blast with test to start adding some quality mass.

Days 1-20
50mg dbol

200mg tren enanthate EOD

150mg test enanthate E4D

First administered test and tren march 14th, weighed in at 240 lbs. as of today I am at 225 lb. my diet has 2012 calories. Meals are separated 2.5 hrs. Mwf I do low intensity cardio for an hour on a empty stomach. TuTHfri I do hiit cardio for 20 minutes after my workout. I am using PPL. But start over after leg day. Sunday is an active rest day, I’ll walk my dog for 30 minutes give or take.

My protein intake is around 200 I believe? I’ll have to find the paper with all my information on it.
Carbs are low
Fats are a little higher. ( #2 meal blue berries/ 1/3 cup unsalted mixed nuts, #4 quest bar, #6 has a serving of 1/2 avocado)

I really like how I am feeling on the diet. I was pretty decent with my diet before but would have the occasional “normal” dinner. I was pretty out of shape at the beggining of this year so i focused on my strength and just ate around 4k calories of quality food.

Now obviously I was still fat but I did gain some muscle. Now I am shredding the fat it seems like. Haven’t noticed any significant losses in strength but I believe that won’t be a problem in the next 2 weeks once everything really kicks in. I’ll post progress pictures here in 2 weeks!

Oh p.s I’m not really bloated either because I had started taking arimidex .25 mg every other day then went on letro protocol to combat existing gyno. I’ll be finished with the protocl and tapering down Friday.

8:42 am. Woke up at 5 am and finally made it to the gym at 6:30 to do my morning cardio. I did low intensity cardio for 40 minutes on the stair master, couldn’t get the full hour in because I would’ve been late for work. I’m definetly starting to feel fatigue during the day from the lack of calories I am used to. My workouts are still great though, haven’t really lost any strength or intensity.

I will be hitting chest, shoulders and triceps this afternoon. God I hope these allergies subside. It’s kind of hard to gauge my weight loss. I tried three different scales and got 3 different readings. 10lb difference in all of them. One said 225, 230,234. So I can’t tell you what I am officially at until I go off of the same scale I started on. I am visually changing though so that is what I am happy about.

Monday/Thursday push days (chest, shoulders triceps)

Tuesday/Friday pull days (back,biceps )

Wednesday/Saturday leg day

Sunday active rest day

Just finished up back and bi’s will be doing hiit during lunch. Can’t be late for work :confused:

I’ll post my workouts for this week later this afternoon or tonight.

Here is what my workouts look like for this week. The previous week I did t nations hypertrophy fat loss program just to get conditioned and my body prepared to work quickly.

I am really focused on keeping control of the weight, being explosive and really trying to squeeze and contract my muscles. I want to have my mind / muscle connection on point when I start moving into heavier weights so it comes naturally. Next week I will add another set to my push and pull days and stay at the same weight. Leg day will stay the same. Once I start my 3rd week of this routine I will start to increase weight accordingly on all lifts on push, pull, legs.

I am not trying to rush and just throw around heavy shit in the gym. I mean let’s be honest with ourselves anyone can throw around heavy ass weight but what is the benefit of it if you are doing it half ass with shitty form? I know some people are thinking “dude you need to lift heavier weights” and I totally agree that my squat, overhead press, bp and dead lift all need to be higher but right now I am not training for strength. That piece of the pie is not getting cut into until the end of summer.

Routine starts over with push on Thursday, pull Friday, legs Saturday.

Saturday I do not bench press after legs. I wait until Sunday night since my next push day is Monday. I also take my dog for a walk during the day on Sunday.

Diet for last week and this week

Daily water intake 1.5-2 gallons

Meal # 1- 1/2 cup (measure uncooked) of raw oats. Then microwave in water 1 min
1 scoop (30) whey isolate protein in oatmeal for flavor, add after microwave
1 bottle/glass of water

Meal # 2 â?? 15 blueberries
1/3 cup mixed nuts (raw, unsalted)

Meal #3 â?? 5oz Chicken Breast
½ Cup Quinoa
1 Cup Spinach

Meal # 4 - â??Questâ?? Protein Bar

Meal #5 â?? 5oz Chicken
½ Baked Sweet Potato
1 Cup Raw Spinach

Meal #6 â?? 5oz Tilapia
Raw Broccoli (as much as you want to fill you)
1/2 Avocado

If I am still hungry I can repeat meal 6 but cut the avocado. I rarely am awake for log after meal 6 though. So I’ve never eaten more than 6 meals

I’ll drink 30 grams Whey Protein Isolate Shake Immediately after weight training then eat my next schedule meal 1 hour after drinking my I

cook with a small amount of Olive Oil

I use a small amount of sea salt/pepper/garlic but never any dressing or sauces

Height and Weight? Your cals seem ridiculously low, especially for being on cycle. On of the things people like about cycling, especially with tren, is that you can keep cals fairly high and still lose bodyfat.

Also, most people don’t use Dbol when trying to lose weight.

How long is this cycle?

When I started this diet I weighed in at 235.8.

Brotha I totally agree with you on my caloric intake and the effects of tren. I finally decided to let my ego go though and hire someone to help me with my diet because my ideas weren’t working. Now am I saying I agreee or disagree with him? No comment. Will I dedicate 200% percent and give it my all and follow everything exactly as prescribed? Of course, that way if it doesn’t work out the way it is supposed to I can say it wasn’t my fault.

As far as the dbol not being used for cutting. I know people usually don’t use it. My theory behind adding it was to keep my strength that I already obtained up until the test and tren really start to kick in. I knew I was immediately going to start losing strength from the cut in calories so I opted for dbol since I respond to it well.

Hope none of that came off as being a smart ass or douche! Lol cause if it did I totally did not mean for it to come off like that.

I’m curious to see what’s going to start happening in the next 2 weeks with my body and my diet. We do measurements and weight every 2 weeks and change the diet accordingly.

I do not have a specified time line for stopping the tren, maybe the first or second week of June I’ll Drop that. Lower my test , run anavar and winny for 3-4 weeks, possibly clen, then b&c. Probably not going to come off anything for a long time. Precautions are being taken with an AI and going to administer hcg. If for some reason something happens and I have to come off I will pct.

In your diet there, in between which meals are you lifting?

Eh, that diet is on the coaches shoulders. Seems like a crash diet. I’m shedding some extra BF right now, weigh less and and much leaner than you, and my calories are higher. And I’m not on cycle now. FWIW.

Also, the dbol might cause some extra bloating making it hard to tell if you’re losing fat.

Exactly. We are on the same page. Thing is I have a good base. But all this fat man lol fucking a!!! Well the cool thing is that I was doing a letro protocol to combat pre existing gyno that flared up. I just started to taper down today and will run arimidex .5 mg every other day or e3d. These have helped me keep off a lot of water bloat. I can can definetly tell when I’m water bloated. Check out the first picture with the grey shorts you can see how bloated I was in my face compared to the after on March 23rd. I think it’s funny , it’s like I have a new face haha
