I upped test e to 200mg a week 100mg every 3 days wondering if i should do 200mg of deca a week aswell
Brother thatās a personal choice. There is no āshouldā when youāre taking illegal and non medically supervised drugs. Its about risk/reward and side effect tolerance. If you have no side effects yet and you certainly ācouldā up the dose of your Nandrolone as well. A 1:1 ratio works ok for most but some need higher Test or a DHT to offset the side effects from Nandrolone whether they be mental or libido.
As a side note, you need to learn to communicate properly regarding anabolic dosages. Youāve just listed volumes of liquid versus actual dosages. It doesnāt really matter for the sake of your question but it would certainly behoove you to properly communicate in future posts.

Iām def trying to spend less time with the BS posts. Newbs need help, I was a newb once. However I do get chapped with the people that have zero training history and expect a cycle to make them both more muscular while trimming 10% BF. I try to remember we all started somewhere but Iāve definitely not responded to the plethora of new post like I used to.

Yes we were all newbs with few exceptions (e.g., those children exposed and trained by an experienced parent.)
Some newbs have a good science education and some are very lacking in specifics of measurement among other science related areas.
Some newbs understand sowing and reaping, but sadly most are the products of āa fast food society.ā
I choose to help some from my experiences. Sometimes I have other obligations and donāt respond. There are a few of us who take our time to help. Those of us who do must keep in mind that every new T-Nation member is possibly a new first grader to weight training. We seem the be repeated the same advice over and over.
