@mnben87 Have you seen the Netflix special on Ronnie Coleman? The guys an orthopedic mess, but still huge. Uses crutches to get on the equipment. He basically claims he’s natural, and as a bodybuilder he was only on a few hundred milligrams prescribed by a doctor, and he never did anything illegal. Love the guy but he’s full of it. I don’t believe what most of them say. The ones I believe are the ones who admit they take grams per week and say that the rest of them are full of crap. Lee Priest, you’re right, such BS. I’ll agree with you on the genetics though. Do I think I’d be much bigger if I was shooting mLs in per day, absolutely. I would not be an IFBB pro though.
Yeah, I don’t believe Ronnie on dosages. Dillett listed off what amounted to about 3 grams a week, plus GH and IIRC, slin. That is at least plausible.
I’d be big as well, maybe with enough time 230-240 lean. My shape and proportions don’t stack up though to be a good BBer.
Didn’t he tell Rogan he had like negative body fat too? He’s also thrown around 3%, maybe in the same interview.
I think most of those guys just didn’t track what they were taking, dosage wise. They heard it was good, took as much as they could buy, and didn’t really think about it
Yeah its seems those guys with ultra elite genetics also responded disproportionately well to gear.
Kevin Levrone also
First couple years on gear Ronnie put on a ton of mass on like 70s bodybuilders levels of shit. …Only met Chad Nicholls in '98 then sure, he was pushed in at the deep end and the rest is history
His crazy god-given strength helps also: in the “first training video” pre Chad he is repping 120s on bench for 15 reps like it is nothing
