Test C, dosages for muscle gain

So I was diagnosed with low T roughly 2 years ago. Off the intial go Ive gained energy, lost weight, and now im sleeping better than ever. Ive been doing eoutine exercise and eating healthier for last 6 months and have came to plateau. Im wanting to start doing heavy lifting to get more musclar mass and stay toned up. Im not looking to get a 6 pack abs but have a nice musclar frame. Can I increase my dosage from once a week to twice a week.
Here is my current dosage and my body stats:
200ml Test C once a week, every Friday
Male
36 Years old
5’7"
165lbs
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

What is leading you to believe your lack of results is due to an insufficient amount of test compared to a product of your nutrition and/or training?

So Ive talk some people and they say that Test C has a short lifespan and typically TRT users dose twice a week. Just curious if split dose would have a better effect or even just a slightly higher dose twice a week would be effective. As far as my training and nutrition. I train fullbody 6 days. Now my sessions are roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour. I use dumbbells as thats my only means of equipemnt and then I habe some heavy tractor tires I utilize for cardio work. With my diet Ive cut out processed foods and sugars and have been counting macros. I eat nothing thats fried and try best to get all my macros from food alone with out using shakes.

Both incorrect. Cyp is a long ester and while you may improve mood 2x a week you won’t see a physique difference.

Well I assume you meant 200mg which is honestly already more than a replacement dose in 99% of men. If you’re not growing it’s most likely nutrition, followed by training issues. Could be also partly genetics but honestly the worst genetics can grow with proper hormones they just don’t have the best muscle shape or volume.

I think what most people struggle with is the whole “More is better” approach. Trust me I’ve been there myself.
I had to tell myself more is NOT better.
BETTER IS BETTER.
Better workouts. In your case i think full body training 6 days a week is probably to much.
Get BETTER with your diet.
BETTER with your sleep/recovery.
Make sure your Hormones are on the high side of normal ranges.
Then just be patient. I don’t think people realize long it takes to grow actual muscle tissue

Yep, you can.

More drugs don’t equal more results.
As @T3hPwnisher mentioned, something is not right with your diet/training.

It’s fine to inject 1x per week but you will get a deeper trough before your next injection. Some do fine with that, others do not. Splitting your 200mg/wk into 2x100mg/wk may benefit you a bit or it may not. Only way to find out is to try.
