ShotsFired shared a good list of ways to optimize test levels.
Do you have low test? If you have normal test levels, all those listed options can help to keep your levels normal, but you aren’t likely to have any dramatic increases if you are already within a normal range. You certainly won’t push levels supraphysiologically.
Test boosters can be tricky because most do not account for aromatization of test into estrogen. There is a set ratio your body likes to operate at, and pushing test levels higher just tends to cause more aromatization to maintain that balance. Then you need to look into things like how much of the test is free, how much is bound to SHBG, is there than an increase in SHBG accompanying the increase test?
It can all get fairly complicated, fairly fast. If you feel like you have low test, look into it with proper blood tests. Try making sure you are doing all the right things like the above poster mentioned, and then go from there.
Sleep. Look it up.
