Hello everyone. I’m 26 5’7 250 pounds. I have been up and down with my weight over the past 7-8 years from 200 - 250. I am on an off in the gym consistency, pretty strong but still can’t shake the fat by being inconsistent and eating out. My friend suggested I take Test and Windstrol oral and lock in. I have never done any, am quite nervous. I know the basic answer is to eat clean and be consistent, I have tried so many times and ultimately fail. I am looking for the “short cut”. Should I be worried?
There are many reasons why this is a horrible idea.

Yes this is a horrible idea. You should be worried. This is not a shortcut. Neither of these drugs are gonna make you lose weight. Training and diet are 95% of the equation. You need to get those two or at least your diet in check.

Well, first, steroids are the wrong shortcut for fat loss. It’s a bad idea as the other gentlemen mentioned. Second, any shortcut is likely to result in a rebound as you never learned how to properly eat. Third, if you must pick a short cut you could hop on the semiglutide train like everybody else who can’t seem to stop stuffing their pie hole. The problem with this is even those drugs, such as ozempic, are not really permanent solutions. I am familiar with a practitioner who prescribes them and her rebound rate is upwards of 80% post cessation.

Why don’t you start a training and diet log. There are hundreds of years of experience on this board and many are willing to take the time to help. Accountability is a hell of motivator.
Definitely Yo-yo dieting, which usually worsens your body composition.
If you are truly interested in improving your body composition, consistency is the most important change you can make.
You have that right. Do you have the self-control to rectify this?
Maybe he has a point for contest prep. Are you about 15% body fat? (That is, you have major muscle group obvious muscle separation. You are turning heads on the beach.)
If not, you are being sold a shortcut that will just be another disappointment, but with a little health risk added.
Get the hard work down consistently for a couple years. Come back with some pics and we will have some good suggestions for you.
