Short cycle help for belly fat

Hello guys! I need some advice or ideas to help me.

First of all im 33 years old merchant navy engineer at 1.8m height weight 98kg at 18% bodyfat according to scan from my nutritionist. Until 24 years old competed in Graeco-Roman wrestling and olympic weightlifting but since then never stopped training in gym 5 times per week in order to keep a good figure/health.

My problem is that even though when strict dieting i manage to go to 11% bodyfat naturally i still cannot see any abs. Nutritionist says thats subcotaneous fat but i didnt manage to dissolve this. It seems to be my last fat storage even though i get visible veins everywhere no sign of abs…

So at 2023 a friend of mine suggested to do an anavar only cycle for 20 days at 20mg per day just to get a taste how it feels mentally and physically to be enhanced and if i liked we could do a proper cycle. So i started and until day 7 i was super horny until day 10 gelt a plateau and balls started feeling weird and at day 18 i stopped cause mostly mentally i felt like shit. Took 25mg per day for 5 days clomid and after that mood came back. After about 1 month did blood tests and everything came back normal with free test being at 870 which for me was more or less what my baseline was. Physically no changes seen.

So 2024 november after much searching i tried to do again an attempt this time trying 10mg anavar split 5 morning 5 at noon preworkout with dhea, boron, zinc, vit d and 12.5mg clomid EOD and this time i saw my mood going up in gym energy going up and after 20 days started seing some extra veins and some strength gains and for sure muscles hardening up until day 30 that i stopped, but most importantly its the first time i saw differences made in my belly fat. Dont get me wrong i didnt see any significant gains made but again according to my scan after 1 month stopping i was +0.7kg muscle mass which is great and bloods where at 780 which is considered good but most importantly this was a very pleasant experience.

But this subcotaneous problem is still there…

So thats why i need your ideas and help here before doing bad things to my self.

Main problem is that i am on land and not in sea for 2 months so i dont have too much time with peds + i have 2-3 maybe 4 weeks to run a pct so my idea was something fast in fast out: i was thinking of trying hcg to keep test levels normal and do the pct faster and this time try to go 30mg anavar 3 times per day of course with strict diet sleep and train for up to 2 months if bloods come back good. An other thought would be a fast acting test base but in my mind shut down from test would be harder compared to just anavar and also longer pct?

Please dont judge me hard i didnt do yet im still going small steps always monitoring everything to see how evyrything affects me and share your thoughts on that.

My time frames are 2+ in land that i can do whatever and then 4 months on board just training and healthy eating with some basic supplements

Well… thats odd.

Post a faceless picture please.

I’m not gonna read this novel. I see anavar and fat loss and I stopped.

Steroids don’t burn fat.

Fix your diet/cardio and get rid of that last little bit of fat. Some people just hold fat in different places. I keep fat on my back until I’m sub 10% which is not sustainable for me

Testosterone doesn’t but certain AAS can directly stimulate body fat breakdown and Var is one of them. That with the increased nutrient partitioning should help. I certainly agree it’s not the best for pure BF reduction. I would want to see a pic of what we are considering current BF. We both know the avg guy severely underestimates where they are at.

Good news, your assessment is fairly accurate and refreshing. I don’t think testosterone is the answer because of your time frames and PCT sucks. When you’re older and reach a natural decline where TRT is a good option you can reconsider. If Anavar worked before you prob best to try and improve on that experience with a stricter nutrition and work out regimen.

Thanks for the reply man. Thats why i was thinking maybe a higher var dosage plus the hcg might provide added benefits and if not its somewhat easier to step down…
