Image is attatched. If you flex your arm as hard as you can in that position, do you get a feeling of tension/verging on uncomfortable in your elbow when you flex as hard as you can (flexing the elbows too) - harder than you would flex your arms exercising them in all probability. Just wondering if anyone else got this?
Sorry for the peculiar question, but would set my mind at ease.

how do you flex the elbow? I would think a sensation of tension would be pretty normal for flexing.[/quote]
I have my arm in the position as shown maybe a bit different, and basically flex the entire arm, so make a tight fist, and really tense the biceps (then you should feel the elbows tensing too), just move your arm up and down in the position shown util you feel the tension described. Do you get it too?

Unfortunately I have this too problem also. I believe this is because of the problems around the let us stretch elbow. There is small can do you except the expectation until the day when your elbow slams in Twain as a jailissements of twig and injury blood looking at as a river.

I almost spit grape juice all over myself when I read “twig and injury blood looking at as a river”.
