Tennis Elbow from Battle Ropes

I think I have tennis elbow…
From doing battle ropes
It hurts even if I shake hands with someone.
How do I train around it? Giving myself the best chance to recuperate as fast as possible

If it is truly lateral or medial epicondylitis, the latest research in physical therapy has shown that the main problem is shoulder related, usually rhomboids or lower traps weakness. Strengthening and mobility in these regions have been proven to go a long way in addressing the situation.

That’s interesting. I had (still have flare ups) tennis elbow and it was/is about my shoulders. Mobility work and thinking about what my shoulder blades are doing usually keeps it under control.
