Tell Me What You See

Hi all!

No I am not posting this to be told I look great but more to get everyone’s feedback on what ya’ll think I should work on the most in the future (no need to comment on back relaxed, I know about that)

Instead of posting multiple pictures I decided to post a video of me, yesterday, 30days out from my next show

Not bad at all, but for more bodybuilding critique, you should post this in the bodybuilding forum as show prep or something.

lol

My prep is documented in details there. But its the same # of people reading it and posting, I want to have the general opinion

But thanks…

Excellent work.

In your side poses, the lateral heads of the triceps are sharp but the long heads are not as evident. And perhaps working the medial head will help push that entire area out for more of a 3D look.

My bad, I am an idiot. Solid build, good definition.

damn (5)?

Yeah I think its a bit high too…! lol

what da fuck. You should be like a 7.2, easily.

You are looking damn good! Great delt- tri- pec. And with those legs and back, I bet someone was a powerlifter at one time. If not, you should have been.

You holding that look for another 3 weeks? That has to be tough. I’d vote 7.5.

You’re young and have some time. You look like you would have some PL potential. You getting any “Assistance” dumping that water weight?

BTW, What’s your height and current weight? And tanning? It may be too late to run some MT2.

In my very humble opinion, your lat size doesn’t seem quite up to par with the growth you’ve had everywhere else. And you could still use more hamstrings.

It’s been fun watching; your strong points and weak points keep changing. Like how your delts used to be your strongest feature, but you’ve done a great job bringing your arms up they don’t stand out quite as much.

Looking lean and mean brother. I would echo the advice for the future of adding more size to your hamstrings, outter quads, and lat width/ thickness to bring them up to par with the rest of your physique.

But looking solid and best of luck in the upcoming competition.

It looks like you have lost some size and tightness especially in your chest ( stop the video at 1:12 and compare to your avatar ) and your front delt overwhelms the rest of the delt, looks like probably a lot of incline presses. You said you’re still cutting fat so that will help the striations. Good luck with the show

Legs have improved a ton. Your shoulders are still awesome, but no longer dominate your upper body. You’ve improved your proportions and weak spots quite a bit.

I would say what stands out as needing some extra attention to me the most would be lat width and overall arm size. Gave you an 8…for now lol
