Look great, good luck. Nice hair btw.
You look great, minus the weird tan, but thanks for mentioning it.
Otherwise I’d think you were suffering from jaundice.
Very thick back.
Looking thick man, you have a lot of tissue, gotta be from the 20 years of training. I see you are 9 weeks out, what weight are you trying to compete at?

To be honest I have no idea. I’ll try to hold on to as much mass as possible, but my low carb diet scared me a little. I have to take it easier.

You are right about tan. I hope 5-6 layers of Pro Tan will look better.
lookin great man, what does your strength look like?

I am not that strong actually. Especially now on low carb diet.
I never do single rep sets and never tried to do things like snatches and such… Unfortunately I did not have any powerlifters aroud me to push me in that direction:)
When I work for strength for few month I usualy land in:
Bench press - 315 lbs (3-4 reps)
Squats - 450 lbs (4-5 reps)
Deadlifts - 490 lbs (4-5 reps)
Looking good.
Wouldn’t mind seeing some more pics when you get near contest level.
How are your calves? Can’t really tell.

Calves and chest are my weakest points. I am struggling with them all my life. I probably ruined calves when I was a track and field athlete for 3 years in high school. Pecs suffered through my first years as a ‘bodybuilder’ when I had 4 hour long daily workouts. Obviously, pecs were my favorite body part:(
That gym looks beautiful. Oh and I gave you an 8. Nice job
How low are you going on your low carb days? Are you carb cycling? 9 weeks is a good amount of time and you are already pretty lean, just make sure you don’t peak a little too early ya know?
