Tell Me What I'm Missing: 21 YO, 5' 5'', 145Lbs

Ok, my turn.

21 years old, 145 lbs at 5 foot 5.

I took a year off lifting and i’m building myself from the ground up from square one so i don’t know what my true 3RM or 1rm are.
I squat deep (ATG).

These are not my limits! I have not tested them yet. Keep that in mind.
I’ve only been training seriously for 2 months (after my year break).

I can do 250 atg, high back squat for a triple - easily.
225 overhand grip deadlift for 3 - easily.
Bench is 185 for 5.
Dips with an added 85 pounds for 5 - easily.
5 wide grip pull ups with an added 45 pounds - no problems.
Front squat ATG 225 for 5 - easily.
Over head press 135 for 5 - easily.
Power clean 170 for 3 - easily.

Basically i haven’t reached my peak yet.
I’m not a body builder and my physique is far from impressive.
Of course, i still want to build it up.
I feel the most lacking parts are the traps,lats, chest and ABZ.
Thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

LOL at the responses. Well if those numbers are true, then you are strong enough to be at a heavier weight, except for the deadlift, which you could probably get more if you used straps or switch grip. Do you seem to gain strength quickly versus weight? Because it would seem that you should just focus on eating more and gaining overall mass. You seem to have fairly good shape already, you’d look better at a higher weight.

man your phsyic looks pretty good for your size, and i mean obviously its easy to say “you need more size yadadada” but from what i can see at this stage you are doing a good job.

RMP isnt exclusively for people over 180 lbs, and i think in the context of his training experience and age he has a phsyic he should feel satisfaction for.

I don’t believe your squat numbers. There’s is no way you can squat that much atg without your dick getting in the way. It’d be like doing at squats with a chain. You’d never be able to lock it out.

Yes, i gain strength way quicker than i gain mass. Fuck, i haven’t shifted weight in over 3 years.

Huh? Since when? I thought rate my physique was just something people did for fun on this site to get some solid feedback.
My physique is far from great.
The hawt abz shit was a joke. Get with the sarcasm, people!
I find posting on RMP is good cause it takes your self esteem down a notch and kind of allows you to focus.
