Teen Training

I was just wondering what some of the other teens out there do as far as weight training goes. I’m 17 and 6’2" and 215lbs. I never have been serious in to lifting and want to get in to it. Any suggestions as far as lifting regimens(sp) go. Appreaciate any help given.

since you say you are a newbie, focus on all the big lifts and eat a lot of the right stuff. you should grow. I wish i was 17. laters pk

Get a program and stick to it. That helped me the most. Then you will know how you liked it and if it worked for you. Nutrition is also very high on the list, you don’t realize how much it does for you until you watch what you eat.

For lots of good T-teen info, read the article at t-mag called “Youth Gone Wild.” Just do a search.

you probably will end up experimenting a lot, i did anyways. Once you find something that works though, run w/ it (making some changes for variety along the way).

The best advice I can give you is to READ, READ, READ! Everything you need to know to get swole and look good ‘nekid’ is right there. Make sure you’re eating something while you’re reading, that’s kinda important too. (Note the sarcasm there) You have a lot of homework to do, now get to it! Good luck!
