My 13 year old just hit a PR this weekend in his bench. Hit triple digits for the first time at a bodyweight of 108. Were beefing him up for Junior High Football in the fall.

I had a competition 2 weeks ago where i weighed in at 172.5lbs, my first time. ha

The gym lifts were done around 190 lbs.
Ive never competed before… or even stregth train seriously until about 2 months ago. But Id love to get into it, I was just wondering what you guys figure lifts in a meet would be? I weigh 210 but could easily add another 40 pounds or lose like 20.
My stats right now are 19 years old
Bench - 295 (got it yesterday)
Squat - 405
Deadlift - 375 (needs alotta work)
