and yeah my squat sucks, but i’m working on it.
Damn you only get 30lbs of carry over out of your shirt?
it was my first time using a shirt and i used a 44, the guys at the gym tell me i should have used a 42 or 40. but since my lockout isn’t great (i’ve started doing board press) because i lift raw most of the time it dosen’t help that much. oh and i’m in OPA/IPF in canada so all our benches are paused for at least a full second.
…all feds make bench presses pause at least one minute… yeah your shirted max will sky rocket once you make those triceps stronger. so will your raw max.

do you compete? what feds?
no, i play football and throw shot and discus…i’d like to compete though but not much is going on in maine
How far do you throw?
I threw 49 feet in indoor this year, and i switched from baseball to outdoor track last year as a sophmore and threw disc 127. i never tried to spin or anything
Was 49’ as a stand, or a glide?

Either way, very nice job. Very impressive numbers and distance.

19 yo
5’6
155 pounds

Bench 185
Squat 275
Dead 315

at 18 years old 170 lbs raw, not even belt

squat 375
bench 285
dead 435

Last year 19 years old at 130lbs I had raw lifts in the gym of
230-bench
325-deadlift
and 225x7 for the squat - never did a 1 rep max

Been frozen trying to figure if I want to bulk up to normal person size or cut down to clean up at some collegiate meets in the bottom weight class.

Im only 14

Squat 225
bench 165
deadlift 230

Sad I no im six two 165 is there anyone else who is about fourteen I can compare too just want to see how i am doing

17 years old 5’6" 190 lbs.

Everything is an estimate but it very close to what I have gotten before.

Squat- 350
Bench- 240
Dead- 350

I am terrible at deads, I’m hoping I can do more than that, but I dunno for sure.

Using only a belt on the squat and dead.

It’s not that bad at all, you’re only fourteen there’s a lot to be done. We have similar numbers. I’m 15

19 yo

bench 405

squat 600

dead 585

these are raw at 235, lifting my first equipped meet this summer. testing these soon as im finishing up a 16 week rotation. shooting for (equipped) 700 squat 500 bench 650 dead so we’ll see… wish me luck

15 years old 175 6"4 bench press 230,deadlift 300,squat is something like 140,very long limbs

If I remember right, I was only around 225-185-315, weighing around 145 pounds at 19 years of age. Now I am sitting with PRs of 485-325-545 @181 at 22 years of age. Goes to show you what spending some time in the kitchen and busting your ass on a consistent basis can do.

18 years old, 5’11", 170 lbs. Last time I maxed out:
Deadlift: 275x2
Bench Press: 185x2
Squat: 250x1
Yeah…I’m not strong…yet

Age: 17
Weight: Floating between 185-190lbs
Height: 5’ 9"
Squat: 160kg (353lbs) x 1
Benchpress: 100kg (220lbs) x 1
Deadlift: 180kg (397lbs) x 1

UPDATE

I have new states

Squat: 425 (knee wraps and breifs the consistency of compression shorts)
Bench w. pause in meet-275
deadlift- still 475 best in gym

15yo
5’9
176lbs

bench:198lbs 90kg
Squat:352lbs 160kg
deadlift:330lbs 150kg x5 (not sure of 1rm)

I’m 15 ATM and at 150 lbs. Also I’m 5 foot 4, so there’s really no excuse.

255 squat
165 bench
285 dead

:frowning:

when i was 16 i could rep 605x5 on deadlifts, squat 495x7, and bench 370 with a pause.

at 17 i could bench 405x15 bouncing and not locking out, deadlift 700x4, and squat 700 in knee wraps.

but then i had to stop squating and deadlifting due to knee and hip pain from weight gain/making gains so fast/over training.

now im 18 (birth day is in may)

i started box squating again about 5.5 months ago, and i started full squating again 2.5 months ago, an i can currently belt and knee sleeve squat 660x3, and deadlift 655-700 for reps still (but i dont train deadlifts), and i can close grip bench 385x11 bouncing and not locking out.

im hoping to squat 770-800 in knee wraps and a belt by the end of the month, and then bench 500 before i turn 19. then go on a diet to improve my deadlift leverages, start training deadlifts etc. and then do my (first) prohormone cycle, and get up to a 850ish squat, 800 for rep deadlift, and 500 for rep bench, at 19.

thanks man. i got banned off bodybuilding.com the other day for argueing, so I needed some kind of forum to screw around on and talk about lifting.
