it was my first time using a shirt and i used a 44, the guys at the gym tell me i should have used a 42 or 40. but since my lockout isnāt great (iāve started doing board press) because i lift raw most of the time it dosenāt help that much. oh and iām in OPA/IPF in canada so all our benches are paused for at least a full second.
When I was 18 I benched 285 lbs at a weight of 159 lbs at some cheesy college thing as well.
The funny thing was not only did I not train legs at the time, but I didnāt even know what a deadlift was⦠lol

19 havnt tested maxs in a while but ive got a contest in 3 or for weeks
best squat to date was 375 on the same date last year
best bench also last year was 240
and at the start of this school year i hit a 405 deadlift for 7 reps
i weight 160 lbs and im 5ā8"

I threw 49 feet in indoor this year, and i switched from baseball to outdoor track last year as a sophmore and threw disc 127. i never tried to spin or anything
