my cousin, Mike Tosaw posted the following lifts, in competition, at age 17
squat - 804, yes 804
bench - 424
deadlift - 620 (pretty sure that DL # is accurate)
by 19
squat - 840
bench - 460
deadlift - 640
he is now a weak ass financial advisor (still crazy strong compared to the avg. human, but much weaker at age 36 than he was at age 17)
18 years old i went from 181 to 169 (going to party almost every day is a bitch)
so my lifts went down too =/
i did not test my squat during these days, iām mentally weak but my last PR for reps were 235x20 and 275x7
deadlift is 485lbs
bench press iām not sure i got 325 after doing the blast your bench program (30lbs PR)
but i went down again i think my bench is maybe 295 at this bodyweight =/

Iāve recently recommitted myself to lifting, sophomore year of college = too much drinking, these are nowhere near prās for me right now, hopefully Iāll start up a log and shit

My son will be 16 in two and a half weeks. Heās 132 at about 5ā8.
He has a 235 squat 165 bench and a 355 deadlift, heās hoping for some better numbers in his first meet thus September 11th,
