Teddy, glad to hear your back on track…Question, if I am going to have an MRP post workout would you change the carb up numbers for Fri night/Sat , I read somewhere that any carbs you consume during the week would be subtracted from the 700 or so that you would normally try and take in on Sat…what do you think??Thanks…
I suppose you could do that, but it really isn’t necessary. Just subtract them from your carb total for that particular day and you’ll be good to go.
