I’m just starting out lifting and I’m doing a TBT Waterbury program right now. During my workout I get very tired and the last 2 sets I’m really dragging my ass. So would it be better to do split workouts or just continue with the TBT workout and hope my endurance increases? Thanks

Whats your diet like?
How much sleep are you getting.
Dont forget, training isnt supposed to be a cakewalk. Its supposed to be hard. Keep with TBT for a decent amount of time (12 weeks?) and make your decision as to whether or not to stick with it for longer or not to based on your results, not how easy the program is.

How long have you been doing this, and are you getting enough rest and food?
TBT is awesome I hear, and once I finish my current program I’m definitely going with something along the lines of it.
The last poster was completely right, in the sense that you should stick with a program, and make sure you’re taking care of other variables which might affect your performance.
Consistency is what keeps most people from achieving their goals. Professor X could tell you more, I’m sure.
Anyway, if you’re doing everything right, and you don’t have some weird unknown disease, I think TBT should be really good for you.
I’m getting my diet in check, but I’ve still got a lot to learn. I am going to start the T-Dawg 2.0 Diet next week and see how that works for me. Let me ask you this though, how much protein do you get from whole foods and how much from powders? And I have been doing the TBT program for about a month, so I will finish the program I guess and see how it works for me.
Oh, and is it allowed to ask a second question not related to the thread topic or should I have started a new thread for that? Anyway, thanks for all the help of everyone here.

I get about 50 grams/day from powders. I eat between 200 and 250 grams of protein per day.
well really what matters is just get the protein be it beef or a powder its all food. Both will do the job if your pressed for time or having a hard time go for the shakes
Bro its your thread if you want to ask anything go for it. if its way the heck off topic and deserves a thread of its own the sure but…
