I was just curious how you set this up.
Should you be working full body M/W/F or more days in between?

Also, I know the article says not to do the same exercise for more then 2 weeks, but my question is can you do something like deadlifts 3 times a week with a day between each workout? Isn’t that too much?

Or should you be setting it up so that every workout is changed but staying with the parameters of the program?

MWF is great Perfect IMO if it fits your sched.

Re read the article, you have three DIFFERENT days NOT DL three times a week. For example legs, do say squats, dl, and step ups. Thats three different days. after three weeks change it. say split squats, lunges, and RDL’s, simple little changes.

One thing ive noticed. Work out 3 can get to be killer wioth the rep/set scheme…at least for me…

It is very benifical for me to do this 3rd workout then take TWO days off before going on to the next week. I made the mistake of getting off my schedule and wow, I needed those 2 days after 3 sets of 15.
