For my next prgram I’m thinking of doing Waterbury’s Total-Body Training. Since it involves high reps I’m going to use the double dose of Surge protocol. Is this a good strategy? I also have some beta alanine that I think will be useful. Also, can someone please tell me how many servings there are per container of Surge? I’ve seen ones with 16 and 18? I think one might be the old version and the 18 is the newer one? thanks a lot
The Waterbury plans seem like the best plans to use the double Surge on… Hard to justify using double Surge on arms day. But combine some squats, deads, bench, dips, and presses and now you have earned it.
Its about 16 servings per container in all flavors to the best of my knowledge.
I’ve never seen it above 16 myself…but I haven’t ordered it for awhile now either.
