Has anyone used a trap bar for high frequency leg training? I am going to use one to hit legs 4-6 times a week with RDLs and heel raised deads. I might even super set at the end of a training session both for a set of 15.
A:
Bench- work up to 1 heavy set of 8-12 and maybe a couple rest pauses
Row- work up the stack to heavy set of 20
TBDL- heel raised for heavy set of 12-15 superset TBDL RDL 12-15

Incline Bench- work up to 1 heavy set of 8-12 and maybe a couple rest pauses
Pull Up- work up to 1 heavy set of 8-12 and maybe a couple rest pauses
TBDL- heel raised for heavy set of 12-15 superset TBDL RDL 12-15
Pretty much everyday. What do you guys think of that?
