BRO, in your photos you look FAT. Why not diet down since you’re not powerlifting any time soon? Why not get a better camera? You can get a 5mp one from CVS for $30.
So I skimmed your hub and some old posts and stuff and basically you aren’t a powerlifter since you dont care about squatting or deadlifting. You claim to lift more than previous 1st place Mr. Olympia winners.
Yet, you won’t take some time off and diet down. Arnold or Franco or anyone else never walked around with 20% bodyfat. You’re not a powerlifter, so what gives? I ask you what your neck will measure when you’re at a lean bodyfat of 5% and you’re reply is ad hominem. You call me an idiot.
inb4 you’re poor - next to your avatar it says you are a “level 4” purchaser of Biotest supplements.
tl;dr stop posting so much you fat nerd and do some damn cardio
Oh no you didn’t…::fuck popcorn, grabs front row seat::
lol calm down fellas, no need for this. The OP also doesn’t know who BBB is…so if he says bullshit to something he said…everyone don’t go jumping in…just nicely tell him the man knows his stuff. Hell if I came on a site and someone said something…how the hell is anyone supposed to believe it…it’s the internt…ppl tell lies and start shit all the time…so be easy and show some humility around here…you wouldn’t talk to people like this in real life.
You look pretty lean from your pic, if anything fix up your diet to get your BF lower…and then kill it you know.
Keep doing your thing training whole body and just add in some of your neck work a few times a week.
You really don’t gotta do the side neck thing though…just work the front and back of your neck…look up how to work the front of your neck on youtube there’s some good stuff. You can also do iso holds for the front of your neck…place your forehead on the edge of a bench or anything, and slowly put your BW on the front of it you will feel a deep strain…do a few sets of 20 sec. holds.
Aside from that if you keep lifting, squatting, deads…overall, gaining weight, and training your neck. You will definately add more size to your neck without worry about the details. Just train the front and back, don’t worry about the sides…in my opinion it is worthless as well to do. Plus you can do the wrestlers bridge, and alternate between that, front neck, back neck headstrap.

I read that training the sternocleidomastoid can make the voice deeper by changing the acoustics around the voice box. Is this bollocks or does it make sense anatomically?
Not sure about training SCM, but I do wrestlers’ bridges to train my neck and my voice sounds a little different afterwards…not sure about deeper though. It might be psychological?
