To answer vali’s question - yes you can do yoga - some people find it helpful as a form of active recovery. Just fit it in as and when.

Edgy we were at a PL, BB, CF, and MMA event at the Dallas arena. I mean beef and test every where, this guy was about 115 pounds and had that crazy eye thing going on. He was very creepy.
