I would really suggest some good enzymes and probiotics to go along with those raw eggs.

I don’t plan on doing the raw egg thing, Deb brought it up so I was curious.
Are enzymes and probiotics really necessary regardless? If you eat healthy shouldn’t your GI be able to deal with it? The whole activia thing is weird to me.

I was banned from eating prunes by one boyfriend. Dried fruit isn’t great. The typical English Christmas dinner consists of turkey and veg, notably brussel sprouts, followed by Christmas pudding which contains a lot of dried fruit. It always makes for a musical evening.
The worst, for me, though, was sugar free gum, due to the sorbitol. They ain’t kidding when they warn of its laxative effects. Worst smelling farts ever. And if you’re not careful, you might shart, too.
haha. i learned to be careful of smints (really strong mints) because ‘excess consumption may have a laxative effect’. sorbitol, yep.
6 classes does sound like a lot. glad you are enjoying your holiday. living bjj vicariously through you since i decided (after some angst admittedly) to focus on the Oly Lifting this year.
takedowns from pummeling probably my most favorite.
how did you like that?
nothing worse then gassy rolling partners.
They were ok, the takedown he showed was kind of like a fireman’s that turned into a single leg. So as you’re pummeling you drop to your knees with one arm between his legs. Then switch hips and run him the other way for the single. I had a lot of trouble switching hips and running. It’s an odd motion, not my favorite.
sounds like a high crotch…
not my favorite either.

pch - I’ve seen you around the forums. I don’t know why I thought you were a white guy in a trucker’s cap!
I like to stick to a King of the Hill avi. I don’t hide that I’m a girl (I feel that my posts scream it) but I don’t make it insanely obvious either.
Oh!..Its obvious!
I mean…
Hi P2.
I really liked Bre’s old Tom Selleck avi. I thought maybe all us chicks should adopt some beefcake for our avi for awhile. From my youth, it would have to be David Cassidy, but I’d like to find one like Heavythrower’s with a nice giggly, hairy man ass. I suppose I could look for one from a gay porn site.

The BJJ was a respite last week from life in general. Your Oly is HOT and a wonderful choice too. There’s time enough to master it all.

I can easily go back to John Redcorn. Part of the fun is people’s reactions to diferent avi’s. It really does make a difference. The guys are much nicer to girls and the girls aren’t nice to anyone initially.

Or just PM Edgy, he’s got loads of that stuff on his hard drive, I’m sure.
I did make it to the gym this week. It was mostly a yoga and cranky girl week, but I wandered into the weight room once. The older I get, the worse my cramps get. Is this a universal truth or just a special present for me?
Warm Up
Ankle Stuff - I wore heels all last week. A baby 2 inch heel, but it’s feeling like not the best idea ever. I’m going to have to work on ankle stuff before and after heels in the future or it’s going to turn into a two step forward one gorgeous shoe step backward situation.
A1) Waiter walk 25lb KB 40 steps x3
A2) Plank 30 sec (it’s all I had in me) x3
I wanted to stick OH squats with the baby bar in there but I seem to have developed an old person hip issue.
B1)DB BP 30x5 35x5x5
B2)BD Row 35x5 55x5 50x5
55 was a little too heavy so I put a bit of “English” in it but 50 was too light
Plate Flips 10x10x3 each hand
They’re fun and I felt like doing them.
I’m impressed that you can count steps on the waiters’ walks. All of my attention is focused on 1) controlling the weight, 2) not walking into anyone.
They are except for the misses, which then cause everyone to turn and look. They’ve got a ninja like quality to them.
I feel like I have to concentrate on the counting, and just the counting. If I start to think about anything else I get wobbly and lose the weight.
