Taking Test E with High Natural Test Levels

I recently received my bloodwork and my testosterone was 723 ng/dl which is on the higher end of the range.

I want my testosterone to be around 1000-1200 ng/dl, so I’m contemplating injecting around 150-200mg of Test E to raise my levels to the desired amount.

The question I have is, is it a simple like-for-like replacement where my endogenous is replaced by the exogenous? For example, whatever reactions that would have happened had it increased naturally, such as an increase in DHT, would happen almost exactly when injecting? or are there other satellite interactions that would happen that I would have to account for that wouldn’t happen had I naturally reached that level of test?

Any responses would be much appreciated.

Why? Do you know that you feel better or put on muscle quickly at that level?

Yep

how old are you? are you in shape?

The likelihood that you’d notice a difference between 723 and 1,000 is very near zero. To illustrate this I will tell you that when I was on trt I saw significant improvement from the low 300’s to the mid 800’s, and absolutely no change at all when I blasted 500mg and was in the 2,500’s. If you’re low then getting to normal is the jump to hyperspace. If you’re normal then the change to higher normal is almost unnoticeable. The reward you’re seeking is insignificant and the risk is still there. Asymmetric risks only work when they’re tilted in your favor.
